Melissa and Joe Gorga’s legal and financial woes continue to stack up! The RHONJ Couple have been hit with another Gorga lawsuit and are accused of owing $16k to outdoor kitchen company!
Radar Online reports that Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga are being sued by a woman who claims she was injured on a property that the RHONJ couple are responsible for maintaining. This is the ongoing legal battle, known as the “Gorga lawsuit.
Blanca Hernandez is suing the RHONJ couple and their company, Gorga Enterprises, Inc, after she was injured while at 10 Cortland Street in New Jersey – a property managed by the Gorgas.
In the lawsuit, Hernandez claims that she was injured, while lawfully on the premises of 10 Cortland Street on January 27, 2021, due to the property being “negligently and carelessly maintained.”
Hernandez claims she sustained “diverse injuries, great pain, and suffering, and has incurred and will continue in the future to incur extensive medical expenses, permanent injuries, suffered physical and emotional injuries of both a temporary and permanent nature, suffered considerable pain and anguish, loss of wages” as well as other damages.
The woman is seeking an unspecified amount of damages and requests that the Gorgas keep all information pertaining to her employment.
The RHONJ couple fired back at the lawsuit on April 24, denying all claims of negligence. They claim that Hernandez is responsible for causing any damages she occurred.
Melissa and Joe went on to claim that they are “not liable” for Hernandez’s negligence while on their property.
“[Hernandez’s] injuries and damages, if any, were the result of circumstances over which this/these Defendant(s) had no control or right of control and this/these Defendant(s) is/are not liable therefore,” the filing read.
The RHONJ couple want to case dismissed and are also asking the court to order Hernandez to proved them with copies of her medical records.
Meanwhile, Joe and Melissa are also being accused – once again – of not paying their bills.
Over the weekend, Joe posted a video on his Instagram about Melissa “breaking his balls” to get the gutter guys out to their house.
Alongside the clip, Joe wrote: “Women are like Pitbulls they’ll break your balls and blow up your phone, text messages all day long until these guys showed up! Can’t deny she got it done?? @melissagorga #women.”
Well, one company that Joe and Melissa previously used to be build their outdoor kitchen took the opportunity to call out the RHONJ couple for their unpaid $16k bill.

“Probably time you called us back to pay your past due $16k from five years ago for your outdoor kitchen.”

Jennifer wrote: “They did my outdoor kitchen and they did phenomenal work. Thank you @easyoutdoorkitchens.”
