Ariana Madix is ready to move on from her breakup with Tom Sandoval, but she’s not moving out of the home they share – just yet.
On Monday, the Vanderpump Rules star ariana madix was spotted moving things out of the Valley Village home she shares with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval.
In photos, Ariana can be seen loading moving boxes and luggage into a U-Haul truck. A smiling Ariana then jumped into her car and drove away. She was later spotted unloading the boxes into a new house about 15 minutes away.
The 36-year-old teased her “move” on Instagram, cheerfully posting that she was “Ready to dip out.”
However, the Pump Rules star is NOT moving out of the home she shares with Tom just yet. Turns out the whole ruse was part of an ad Ariana was doing with SoFi Bank about getting her finances in order so she can eventually “dip out” of the home she owns with Tom.
“I’m moving up, not out,” she said in an ad on her Instagram Story while wearing the same SoFi sweatshirt seen in the “moving” pictures. “Well, not yet, at least. It’s time to get my financial house in order. I will have more to share with you very very soon.”
A source tells Page Six:
“Ariana is relieved to get out of that house. She is ready to begin a new chapter.”
Just last month, Tom hinted that he couldn’t afford to move out of the home he shares with Ariana Madix.
I don’t have a lot of friends I can stay with right now. … I kind of run the house,” the 40-year-old revealed on the Tuesday, April 11, episode of the “Howie Mandel Does Stuff” podcast. “I handle the gardening [and] the housekeeping. My assistant comes and cleans and stocks everything. I basically run everything in the house.”
“[Ariana’s] in the house. This is a big house,” Tom said of the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home.
The now exes purchased their “forever home” in 2019 for over $2 million.
During an appearance on the May 17th episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Ariana Madix let it be known that she wants to sell her and Tom’s house ASAP.
Ariana explained:
“My plan is to sell the house. I want my money out of that house as quickly as possible. And I want to move on.”
Meanwhile, Tom has left the country ahead of the Vanderpump Rules season ten reunion airing on Bravo this week.
Tom was spotted at the International terminal at LAX on Monday. It’s unclear where Tom is traveling to, but it’s not surprising he’s getting away, considering the heat he will probably receive on social media as the three-part reunion begins to air.
