Kroy Biermann is coming out swinging against his now estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, amid their ongoing divorce.
The former NFL star Kroy Biermann claims that Kim’s “gambling” problem “financially devastated” their family.
In new court documents, obtained by Page Six, Kroy requests that Kim undergo psychological evaluation due to her “compulsions.”
Kroy Biermann claims that the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum has been “spending substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance,” and “this compulsion has financially devastated the parties.”
He went on to allege that “[Kim’s] time is so consumed with online gambling” that she is unable to care for their four minor children – Kroy, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.
Per documents, the 37-year-old wants Kim tested for depression, narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and more mental health issues.
To back up his claims about Kim, Kroy attached copies of bank statements and checks showing thousands of dollars being withdrawn from their accounts.
This recent filing comes just days after Kim requested that Kroy be drug tested for marijuana.
Kroy is currently seeking full custody of his and Kim’s four minor children. He is also seeking child support from the Bravolebrity.
It’s no secret that Kim has lost thousands over the years due to her gambling habits. Kim has always boasted about her outlandish spending habits – whether it’s gambling, shopping, or playing the lottery. Kim loves to spend, spend, spend.

Kim’s Gambling Habits
The former Don’t Be Tardy star has boasted on screen about losing $250k gambling in the Bahamas and spending thousands of dollars at a time on lottery scratch-offs.
Before buying $1200 worth of scratch-offs, Kim bragged about her gambling habits in a 2014 confessional interview on Don’t Be Tardy:
“I love to gamble, but there’s no casino here in Georgia, so the only way to get my thrill is to buy scratch-offs. I play big to win big.”
She then confessed:
“I took a really big hit in the Bahamas last time I went … like [a] quarter of a million dollars. A lot of money. Yeah, crazy, and I never went back.”
Then in 2019, Kim also allegedly gambled away $30k during a trip to Las Vegas.
