Andy Cohen’s Rep Denies He’s Negotiating Exit Package With Bravo

Andy Cohen and Bravo are shutting down rumors that the Watch What Happens Live host is negotiating a departure package with the network amid mounting accusations.

On April 18, In Touch reported that Andy Cohen was in discussions to part ways with the network he helped shape into a massive success.

“Negotiations for Cohen’s departure package are underway as he grapples with the fallout from mounting accusations by his stars,” said a source.

The source claims that Andy’s alleged departure from the network is a result of Leah McSweeney and Brandi Glanville‘s allegations against him.

Former Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney alleged that Andy encouraged rampant drug use and would snort cocaine with his favorite Housewives. Brandi Glanville, who’s claim to fame is starring on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, claimed the WWHL host sexually harassed her.

Andy and the network have denied the allegations.

“This couldn’t be further from the truth,” says a Bravo insider.

The 55-year-old father of two also issued an apology to Brandi over a video he sent to her 2022, which he insists was a joke that she was very much in on.

“The video shows Kate Chastain and I very clearly joking to Brandi. It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi’s response clearly communicated she was in on the joke. That said, it was totally inappropriate and I apologize,” Andy wrote on Twitter in February.

Now, sources close to Bravo and Andy are denying the reports that he is exiting the network after two decades.

“There is absolutely no truth to this story — it is obviously made up by a source who is not credible,” a Bravo spokesperson tells PEOPLE.

Back in November 2023, at BravoCon, Andy made it clear he had no plans to exit the network anytime soon.

“Next year is my 20th year at Bravo,” he shared at the time. “Next year is our 15th year of Watch What Happens Live. I’ll stay as long as Bravo wants me, as I once said to a very long running housewife being on TV is a gift, it is not a right.”

He added: “And so, you know, we’re all fortunate to be on TV for however long we are.”
