During part one of the RHOBH season 13 reunion, Kyle Richards accused Dorit Kemsley of fueling Morgan Wade romance rumors and marriage issues at her “expense.”

RHOBH OG Kyle Richards blames co-star and friend Dorit Kemsley for stoking the flames surrounding gossip about her personal life throughout season 13.

During part one of the RHOBH reunion, both Kyle and Dorit admitted that they were at odds over each other’s bad behavior exhibited during season 13.

Before sitting down on the RHOBH reunion stage Dorit admitted that she was nervous to see Kyle as they hadn’t spoken in “a couple of months.” She also told co-star Erika Jayne that she was hurt by Kyle’s claims she “exaggerated” the closeness of their friendship.

On top of that she was also pissed about a lengthy text message Kyle sent to her ahead of the season 13 reunion.

“It was so manipulative, it was so calculated,” she said before showing the text message to Erika, who read it out loud.

“Some interview comments hurt my feelings and created more issues for me,” Kyle wrote as the text flashed across the screen. “I don’t want to lose someone else in my life over a TV show. They don’t even know we are going through a hard time so I don’t see the need to bring it up here.”

Dorit insisted that “fair is fair” and that she planned to bring up her and Kyle’s friendship issues when they sat down with Andy Cohen to rehash the season.

On the reunion stage, Dorit confronted Kyle about her comments surrounding their friendship, noting that the statements “stung.”

Kyle replied, “I said that in response to all of the stuff you had been saying throughout the season,” which is when Dorit asked the RHOBH OG to elaborate.

The 55-year-old mom of four explained that she didn’t appreciate Dorit bringing up her marital issues with husband Mauricio Umansky on camera “when we are good friends.” She also admitted that she didn’t appreciate Dorit saying she feels replaced by Morgan Wade. Kyle noted that she and Dorit don’t have a “kind of friendship” where they go out to lunch and hikes, which are things she, Morgan, and her other friends like to do.

“That doesn’t mean you are not very important to me, I love you very much,” Kyle continued, insisting that Dorit’s “exaggeration” was made at “my expense.”

“You knew that by saying something like that, it was going to create a bigger problem for me in the media with the whole Morgan situation,” she added, referencing the rumors that she is engaged in a romance with the 28-year-old country singer.

The Beverly Beach designer defended herself by noting that the rumors about her marriage and relationship with Morgan were out there long before she made her comments on RHOBH.

She then claimed that she feels Kyle had “punished” her for the comments over the last few months.

“I know your nature, if I say something that upsets you, you’re a punisher, you’ll shut me out,” Dorit told Kyle, who rolled her eyes at the allegation. “We hadn’t spoken in a couple months and all of the sudden you text me the day before the reunion, do you really think I’m an idiot?”

While the 47-year-old found Kyle’s text message to be “very manipulative” she told Kyle that she didn’t come to the reunion to “destroy you.”
