Jen Shah Claims RHOSLC Cast Member Called Son the N-word

Jen Shah makes a bold accusation against her former RHOSLC co-stars

Former Bravo star Jen Shah claims an investigation by RHOSLC production found “nothing wrong” with co-star calling her son the N-word.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City may have moved on from Jen Shah, but the same can’t be said for the former Bravo star turned prison inmate.

Jen Shah recently came out swinging against Bravo and the production team behind the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. The disgraced Bravoleb claims that one of her Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast mates called her son the N-word and that production found “nothing wrong” with the remark following an investigation.

Earlier this month, in a statement to Page Six via her rep, Jen revealed, “A cast member of the show (on ‘RHOSLC’) called my child the N-Word, which I reported to Lisa Shannon and the rest of the Shed Media production team.”

Jen Shah says a RHOSLC cast member attacked her husband, Sharrieff Shah, and their two sons.

“My husband was also gifted a bag of watermelon from [a former ‘friend of’ and current ‘Housewife’] during a scene,” she continued.

Jen, who starred on Bravo’s RHOSLC from season one to season three, is of Tongan and Hawaiian descent. The 50-year-old is married to Sharrieff Shah, aka Coach Shah, who is black. The couple, who wed in 1994, share two sons: Sharrieff Jr., 29, and Omar, 20.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City alum claims Shed Media, the company that produces several Housewives franchises, “investigated” the alleged incidents but “found nothing wrong with [her] son being called the N-Word and the watermelon being given to [her] husband.”

A rep for Shed Media told Page Six: “We strongly disagree with Mrs. Shah’s characterization of events. Consistent with our internal guidelines, we decline to comment on confidential investigations.”

The gossip reports that they learned that Shed “acted on its own initiative” to investigate the alleged incident after seeing comments about it on Jen’s Instagram page. However, sources say that no one from the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast came to them with complaints about the watermelon.

Jen did not divulge which RHOSLC co-star made the alleged comment or to which of her sons the comment was said.

The RHOSLC OG is currently serving a six-and-a-half-year prison sentence for conspiracy to commit wire fraud at the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas. In July 2022, Jen pleaded guilty to defrauding thousands of victims, mainly the elderly, out of money in a nationwide telemarketing scheme. She was sentenced on January 6th and reported to prison on February 17th.

This allegation from Jen comes on the heels of Vanity Fair‘s expose into Bravo and the Real Housewives.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 4 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.

Thoughts on this all? Do you believe Jen’s allegations? Which RHOSLC cast member do you think Jen is talking about?

A bag of watermelon? I mean, was it a bag with a whole watermelon in it or was it a gigantic bag full of whole watermelons? Was it a ziplock bag with watermelon chunks? What? I’m trying to picture either giving or receiving a ‘bag of watermelon’. The only thing I can imagine is a ziplock bag with watermelon in it which is a pretty mundane thing to have tbh. ????

I have always put cut up watermelon in a container, not bag. Maybe she is still upset a few years later because it didn't transport well in the bag for some pot luck or picnic they went to or were having.....

It’s so bizarre to me. I would not hesitate or think twice about sharing watermelon I had available to me with someone black. It wouldn’t occur to me, ‘hey, I better not offer watermelon to this person because of their race.’ Is this really where we are now as a society? Cuz IF this even happened (boulder of salt), I can imagine that it was as innocent as just that, intending to share fruit with someone. If someone really wanted to be racist, THAT is how they would choose to do it? Not impossible but pretty unlikely. Besides, on the off chance this was meant in any way to be racist, it’s so beyond stupid as to be far more embarrassing in its stupidity than it’s actual racism. ?

Why is someone in prison allowed to spew allegations against others via tabloid sites?

So sick of people playing the race card all the time. 99% of the time it's complete BS but they just keep doing it because that's all they have.
675309 November 24, 2023 - 3:29 pm
Obviously or likely in this case, but 99% of the time? (Just curious, is it RH people you are referring to with "99% of the time" or people in general? According to you (over and over and over), commenters (not me) calling Teresa Giudice "ape" because of her primitive human behavior and looks is "racist". Is that an example of "the race card" or perhaps the opposite and if so, who is playing it?
Zap It November 26, 2023 - 1:09 am
People in general. Most of the time. And that's the truth. It's a card and they play it and everyone knows it. As for Teresa and the ape comments...calling an Italian with dark features an ape is racist because many Italians from the south with dark features have black ancestry. You wouldn't call Caroline or Dina Manzo an ape because they're fair and don't have those dark features. Many Italians I grew up with are dark and they were called worse than apes at school. To this day, they don't refer to themselves as white even though they are white. Calling anyone an ape based on appearance is racist. Maybe you don't think that but it's true and that goes for the other commentator here who knows that and deliberately calls Teresa Guidice an ape regardless. She or he is vile.

Well, at least you explained that a little bit. However, you are so terribly wrong about "99% of the time" but you are too far gone to get it. Because people like you think every instance of whites intentionally harming innocent blacks is a "race card" when they or others complain is why it keeps happening. Yet you get so bent out of shape because of something like calling Teresa Giudice an ape because you grew up with some name calling kids. Mean kids do that everywhere. As I thought, you didn't like that the mean kids were calling some Italians derogatory words referring to being black in the first place even though they weren't black. What a hypocrite to the extreme in addition to obviously being extremely bigoted.

Jen Shah is a convicted felon who conned the elderly and vulnerable. I don't believe a word that comes out of her ugly mouth.
