Erika Jayne Denies Using Ozempic For Dramatic Weightless; Says It’s From Menopause

Erika Jayne was recently photographed looking dramatically thinner than her normal size and many have accused the RHOBH star of being on Ozempic.

But according to Erika, that is not the case at all. During her latest appearance on Watch What Happens Live, she credited menopause for her drastic weight loss.

It began when Andy Cohen complimented Erika and said she looked great proceeding to ask about her weightless. Erika acknowledged she had lost weight adding, “Here’s what. Let me just start off by saying, you know, I want to make sure that I don’t trigger anybody because we have this conversation in Beverly Hills and we have a cast member with an eating disorder.” Erika was referring to her co-star Crystal Kung who has spoke out on her struggled with body dysmorphia.

Erika continued, “But, yes, I did come down in weight and I did it hormonally.”

Andy questioned her saying, “Not Ozempic-ally?” Erika shuts that down and says that she was going through menopause and that’s how she lost all her weight. 

WWHL guest Jackie Hoffman didn’t seem to buy it and asked, “who loses weight on menopause?” Erika quipped, “Me, I went to the doctor and I said get it off, me.”

According to better health, with menopause, “many women experience weight gain, particularly around the abdomen. Contributors to weight gain at menopause include declining oestrogen levels, age-related loss of muscle tissue and lifestyle factors such as diet and lack of exercise”
