Scheana Marie is officially the owner of a nice new home in Palm Springs, California. Many of the Vanderpump Rules cast members have been purchasing homes this year. Now Scheana has dropped a whopping $725,000 on a 1,972 sq. ft. property. It features 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms and is located on a golf course. She also has an outdoor pool, walk-in closet, a 12-foot shower, a fire pit and a chef’s kitchen. The Pump Rules cast members are SURving up the real estate!
Scheana took to Twitter to respond to some backlash from people who were saying that she couldn’t afford this home. Scheana tweeted, “A: how do you know how much money we all have!? B: blowing thru it by making an investment that most ppl can’t ever do? You’re so right. How dumb of us. C: Do you seriously think we all are ONLY servers!? lol.”
Her mother Erika Van Olphen, also confirmed on Twitter that her daughter now has two homes. Scheana now owns this home and still rents a waterfront apartment in Marina Del Ray. Her mom explained, “She will still keep her primary residence at the beach where she currently lives and this will be a home she can go to anytime she wants.”

Congrats, Scheana! The home looks lovely. Real estate is a great investment. I think it’s smart of the Vanderpump Rules cast to invest in properties. I’m looking forward to the Pump Rules reunion!
