Katherine McPhee is preparing for her upcoming wedding to music extraordinaire (and former RHOBH hubby) David Foster. While many thought the May-December romance wouldn’t last, apparently this wedding is right around the corner as Katherine recently was treated to a surprise Bachelorette party and if the videos are any indication – it was an amazing time!
According to TMZ, Katherine had just finished up a London performance, when the cast and crew from her play, “Waitress,” surprised her with the celebration.
The naughty party was shown in clips on social media and showed Katherine, who was still in costume, being surprised by the cast with a bachelorette bash. The part included some innocent dancing to Britney and Whitney mixed in with some naughty moments between Katherine and a stripper dressed as a fireman. Despite the two not having a date yet, when there is a bachelorette party, usually the wedding is closely following so it could mean that a spring 2019 wedding is underway.
The engagement sparked controversy for a number of reasons including the fact that Foster (who is 69) is old enough to be 35 year old Katherine’s father. In addition, Katherine will be the 5th bride to David Foster who has four divorces under his belt (including RHOBH star Yolanda Foster) while this will be Katherine’s second marriage. Clearly the two are in love so hopefully this is the one that lasts for the both of them. Judging by David’s track record the odds are not in their favor; however I’ll try to give this couple the benefit of the doubt.
