Hello Beverly Hills beauties! Well, last night’s episode wasn’t anything earth shattering but still worthy of discussing. Let’s begin shall we?
We start out like we do nearly every episode: Kyle Richards thinking she is dying. Kyle is a textbook hypochondriac; however she is also a mama bear so despite her odd eye issues she chalks it up to her daughter Sofia getting ready to leave for school. I love Kyle but she really needs to calm down as nearly all her scenes end with her in tears. Luckily, she has an amazing husband who is not only patient but supportive of her as well:
Despite their constant differences, Lisa and Kyle still maintain their friendship and Kyle goes to support Lisa’s latest quest in finding the fountain of youth. Lisa is getting fillers in her neck and I had to look away as I can’t stand needles. Lisa didn’t seem bothered by them at all as she not only was laughing, but squirming all over the place, needle in neck and all:
We finally get a closer look at newbie Denise Richards and her home life. I loved to see Denise as a mom and I also love how she is not a total Bravo “housewife” yet. Unlike the rest of the cast, Denis still rocks a messy bun and minimal makeup just like your average mom. Give her another season and you know she will be in full glam 24/7 like the rest, but for now I’m enjoying seeing a laid back Denise. Side note: Was anyone else shocked at how normal Charlie Sheen is as a dad? He sounded normal, logical and down to earth when his daughter Sam called him. I’m used to ‘tiger blood’ Charlie so it was also nice to see the other side of Mr. Sheen:
The ladies (minus Lisa and Kyle) go to Rinna’s for a candy making class that actually turned out very cute. The end product was sweet and the girls genuinely looked like they were having a good time. It could only be normal for so long as Hollywood connections soon came out as we learn that Denise’s fiance Aaron is currently married to Nicollete Sheridan who is the ex-wife of Harry Hamlin. Only in Hollywood! The ladies end up toasting Nicolette as if it wasn’t for her cheating on Harry with Michael Bolton we wouldn’t have the Rinna/Hamlin love fest that we have today:
We wrap up the episode with the ladies taking a PJ (thanks for the phrase Lala) to the Bahamas for a getaway. Naturally Kyle has a panic attack, LVP makes snide remarks and the new girl sits in the corner looking confused. All in all it looks like your average RHOBH trip:
Like I said, not the most exciting episode; however previews show that it’s about to heat up. Next week the beginning of the end unfolds as we get some glimpse into why the ladies start to turn on LVP…..
