RHOBH fan favorite Kathy Hilton is being slammed online for not taking Sutton Stracke’s recent health scare seriously.

RHOBH fans are dragging Kathy Hilton for laughing at Sutton Stracke’s health scare during part three of the season 13 reunion.

During the final episode of the RHOBH season 13 reunion, Sutton suffered a medical emergency which left her shaking due to high blood pressure shortly after Kathy made a surprise appearance at the reunion.

On Wednesday’s episode of RHOBH, Kathy shrugged off Sutton’s medical issue, calling the incident a “hot flash” and was seen scrolling on her phone while engaging in a casual conversation with Erika Jayne about how she “didn’t get to enjoy” the holiday season.

Then when Sutton said she was “scared” Kathy asked her why. She then joked that Sutton pretended to be ill because Sutton knew she “was about to go after her next.”

“I was about to [go after her]. I think she knew it. It’s a good way to get out of being here,” Kathy said with a laugh.

RHOBH fans didn’t like Kathy Hilton’s behavior at reunion following Sutton Stracke’s medical emergency.

Fans weren’t impressed by Kathy’s lack of empathy, with many ranting about the socialite’s disgusting comments on Twitter.

“KATHY IS WILD FOR THIS! Like what the actual… Did she just drag Sutton while she’s like having a panic attack and then carry on having a casual convo with Erika about the holidays and replying to some texts?” one fan wrote.

“It’s rude and uncaring. Erika cares about no one but herself,” another RHOBH fan complained, while a third viewer called Kathy’s response “disgusting and heartless.”

“So she willed her blood pressure and pulse up to dangerous level. Man, she is amazing,” another RHOBH fan commented.

On the reunion stage Sutton was assessed by paramedics before being taken to the hospital.

“I ended up going to the emergency room with truly one of my best friends, Garcelle [Beauvais],” Sutton told Page Six this week.

As for Sutton’s diagnosis, the 55-year-old revealed it was a mix of exhaustion and dehydration.

“I was working a lot between New York and LA, back and forth, working on my new company, Sutton Brands,” she explained.

She notes that she was also fighting a “severe case of bronchitis,” which affected her for weeks leading up to the reunion.

“I was really down for about 10 days. I had to shut my life down, which is very difficult for me,” she said. “And it took about six weeks for me to feel 100 percent again.”

Although it appeared that Kathy did not care about Sutton’s medical emergency on camera, Sutton initially insisted that’s wasn’t the case at all while chatting with Page Six.

“We’re very good friends. Kathy was like, ‘What’s going on?’ Kathy was calling me when I got out of the emergency room that night, checking on me,” Sutton revealed. “The entire cast checked on me, not just one day but several days.”

However, she later threw some shade at Kathy’s reunion comments on Twitter.

“When your real friend knows you’re not that great of an actress! And got really sick…” Sutton tweeted.

Kathy can be insensitive but she can also be funny. I did LOL when she basically said well you should be expecting hot flashes at your age - gold! Anyway, I'm just going to say it, Sutton needs to eat more. She's not eating enough, it's obvious just by looking at her.

Kyle mostly but I think Kathy wasn't ever attractive so now looks more like a wax figure of herself yet without looking her age with wrinkles, etc. So, yes, she looks nice at 65 but with a plastic face. I think by the time she is 70 it will be the "creepy, scary face" if not sooner.

Those reunion close ups of Kyle were not kind to that worn saddle leather neck or her beefy hands. Even the best surgeon can’t do much with the neck or hands. AND, anyone who saw Kathy in her trailer before the makeup artist started their magic…yikes!!! Not pretty

Perfectly said. You can't just go to any surgeon. The gifted ones cause tens of thousands. Although I think Kyle is in need of a tune up. I only say this because she's on TV and we all know the standards of these ladies. Sutton will likely be next. I'm going to get in trouble for this but I wish Kim would do something. I think her addictions and mental health issues prematurely took a toll on her face.

It did, but if you put her actual age and all she’s been through, she doesn’t look THAT bad. I mean, she has all her teeth, she doesn’t have scars on her face, her nose hasn’t collapsed, etc. I’m not being mean or snarky. Kim was a pretty hardcore addict and addicts can and often do permanent damage like that. So, she’s ahead of the curve there. But yeah, there are so many little micro-teaks Kim could do and she would be stunning, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she were just over it. ????

At 50 never mind 65...my mom aged in her late 40s and she was a beauty. She always said you can tell a women's age by her hands and throat. I didn't know what the hell she meant at the time. LOL. I think it hurt her to age so young because she always took pride in her appearance. It would have made a huge difference in her life if she had access to some of the cosmetic treatments available today. The ones that are somewhat affordable. Her beauty treatment was Noxema every night. But that's what the ladies had available to them at the time.

No, that is a still from this season, the scene in the Kyle's kitchen when Kim was telling Kyle that that their mom did not want Kyle and Kathy fighting. But Kyle said she was afraid to let Kathy back into her life. Kim looked very rough all season, so I'm confused.

The condition Sutton was suffering from is call sh!tscared. She spoke so much sh!t during the season, she knew Kathy was coming for her, and she couldn't hide behind her angry mate Garcelle to back her up this time. Sutton has been a social climber since coming on the show, she got too big for herself and Kathy was coming in to bring her down a peg or two.

But of course that isn't going to stop her from marrying and breeding with a White man (who can take care of her). I used to find her rather humorous and "fun" bitchy, but now she's just annoying. But more than that, it annoys me when they are cast for no apparent reason or connection to anyone on the show. The only reason she (and Crystal) are there are because of Bravo's mandated diversity, and I can guarantee they hate being there as much as everyone else hates them being there.

You get a sense that it's all about the paycheck for Garcelle, and when there is still no genuine connection with a cast (after three years), it's time to go.

There's a Page Six article from a year ago (exactly) that talks about Big Kathy hustling out her daughters and altercations with Kim and Kyle's half sister (not Kathy) (such as putting screws in her food so she'd break her teeth or choke). She was the step mother from hell. It must take a lot of restraint for the half siblings to not speak out or do a book although I read one has died. It amazes me that all three of her daughters still want the cheap limelight. Kim was the only one somewhat known as a child actor and they all three continue to show their trashy side on trashy TV and tabloids. They are carrying on their despicable mother's legacy. That would be a good story to make a movie out of.

Yes, I think that’s in the book, House of Hilton. There’s enough in there that (if true) leaves you with little doubt that Big Kathy may have been a full blown psychopath. And I’m not speaking hyperbolically. I mean that literally in the clinical sense. That is just one of several incidents that are very disturbing. Honestly though, in light of the monster who raised them, it’s surprising none of them turned out even WORSE than they are, ESPECIALLY Kim who essentially supported her family through her child stardom and I suspect paid an unspeakable price for it. ?

Yes. Apparently some of the sources were at least one of Mr. Richards' daughters and his quickly divorced wife due to Big Kathy's pregnancy with Kim. She really wanted to land him! (Pathologically ambitious and driven perhaps.) Can't say that she doesn't look like the type in the photos with the Page Six article. Can't blame Kathy, the daughter, for being angry about Kyle's American Woman project. She didn't want to take a chance the truth about mommy dearest would be brought up because of Kyle's fairy tale version it seems. However, her own daughter put out a book a year ago that only spoke the good about Big Kathy, according to the article. So did Kathy send Paris to live with her two years to punish her? What a messed up family.

Hey, both Ted Bundy and Hitler did good things, doesn’t necessarily mean the good outweighs the bad, nor does it mean they should be remembered and/or lionized for those good things. At the end of the day, God is the ultimate judge, jury and executioner for eternity. I’d say the treatment of her step daughter is enough. There’s no excuse for it, no coming back from that imo. However, that wasn’t even the only incident that was disturbing which was attributed to her. I’m all for mercy and forgiveness but not at one’s own detriment. Making excuses for such vile behavior only serves to enable it. The sisters are right in that respect to bury it and hand it over to God, I reckon. ????

If I’m not mistaken, there’s a story in the book when Paris was an infant, Kathy let a relative ‘hold’ her, you know like ‘oh, can I hold the baby’. Only Kathy took off and was GONE two or three days! If true, can you imagine? Anyway, I’m 90% sure this was Kathy and Paris but I could be misremembering and it might have been Big Kathy with little Kathy, but either way, the relative literally thought she was going to hold the baby for a few minutes and had to care for the infant for a few DAYS completely without her consent. If true, what does THAT tell you? Who does that???

Dang, now I really have to find that book. I fear I may have gotten it free temporarily as part of a promotion. I don’t know if Amazon still does that, but they used to give you free Kindle books for signing up to this or that, but if you cancel they took back the Kindle books. I know I did that a couple of times back in the day. It would make sense that I’d do it with House of Hilton, but I hope not. ?
