RHOBH’s Erika Jayne Receives ‘Devastating’ Legal News

New details about Marco Marco designer Christopher Psaila’s lawsuit against Erika Jayne are coming to light thanks to Ronald Richards.

If you’re unaware the drama between the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and the Los Angeles based fashion designed is quite complicated.

In August 2023, Psaila filed a lawsuit against Erika Jayne, Secret Service against, the RHOBH star’s assistant Laia Ribatallada, and Peter Grim of American Express.

Pasila alleges that EJ and her associates framed him for fraud after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star alleged that he via his costume designer business, Marco Marco, illegally overcharged her AMEX $900,000.

When the allegations against Psaila first arose he denied the claims of fraud and fought back with a lawsuit of his own, suing for “malicious prosecution and conspiracy.”

Many have accused Erika Jayne of ruining Pasila’s life and business. The designer details what he went through amid Erika’s allegations in The Housewife and The Hustler 2: The Reckoning.

As for Erika Jayne, she is attempting to get Pasila’s case against her dismissed. But it seems that things are not going in EJ’s favor.

On February 27, attorney Ronald Richards shared an update on Erika Jayne’s effort to get Pasila’s lawsuit dismissed.

Richards tweeted: “Devastating day for Erika Girardi, to our surprise, the federal court in a short opinion DENIED her SLAPP motion to dismiss Christopher Psaila’s case.”

Erika Jayne crying on RHOBH about being dragged into Tom’s legal issues.

“[Erika Jayne] will now face a trial on allegations she falsely got her costumer [sic] designer charged,” Richards continued. “Nothing is ever a lock in court. Congrats to Marco Marco! This is one of her worst losses as she won’t be able to delay this trial and the facts are bad for her.”

On Bravo fan commented, “I am still a bit leery of this one. Marco admitted to overcharging her many times” to which Richards responded, “Not for criminal conduct the US attorney already dismissed the case.”

Another fan wrote: “Why did he admit it? I watched H &H 2 and I know his statement about it but isn’t he back to business…I also remember she got the involved that actually showed discrepancies.”

Richards explained, “He didn’t admit criminal conduct. There’s all sorts of issues that are backfiring.”

Part two of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hillseason 13 reunion airs March 6. at 8 p.m. on Bravo.

Just one of many trials Erika is involved in....no matter how often her publicist claims her legal problems are behind her. She will have the courts involved in her life for several years to come...and given her proclivity to do legally questionable things, there will likely be new court proceedings as she continues her unethical ways.

This article is so poorly written. From what I've read on other sites, Tom Girardi got pissed off one day with Erika's Amex bills and arranged for the head of the L.A. secret service to personally go after Christopher Psaila and his business Marco, Marco in exchange for Girardi representing him for free on a Volkswagen class action suit. The head of the secret service was corrupt ( no surprise) as was Tom Girardi. What ensued was EJ wearing a wire to set up Psaila (so she can't dodge this one by saying she had NO idea what was going on) which resulted in Psaila being charged so that criminal EJ and her criminal husband could get a refund of 900K from Amex. And then from what I understand, criminal EJ and her criminal husband asked to also be reimbursed 900K. The whole thing was a shake down for almost a million dollars. Psaila lost his business and had a breakdown. So finally, are the Girardi's going to held accountable for what they've done at least in this case? Those two are criminal lowlifes.

Yes to everything you said. Send the crooks to jail. No one is fooled.

I've read it three times, and feel like half the words are missing. Thanks as I was ready to get a 2nd cup of coffee and try again. Also, I am pretty sure in a reunion, Erika made a statement about wearing a wire for a case. A comment I am sure she now regrets being filmed. Question - I interpret what you wrote as 900k from Amex as a refund and then another 900k from the designer. Did this result in them getting $1,800k?

The reports fluctuate from 780K to 900K. Maybe the principle was 780K? And then interest.

To tell you the truth the article I read did say that they got the refund of almost 900K made to their Amex account ( which is true) but then the Girardi's asked that they personally be reimbursed for the same amount as well. Which would be 1800K. However, I don't know if that report was verified. The Amex amount does fluctuate from 780K to 900K and was refunded by Amex without Amex conducting an investigation.

$1.8M. Not thousand.

I’ve never seen anything Erika wore that looked like it was worth 900k. Fredericks of Hollywood and Forever21 could have dressed her for much less and she would have looked the same.

? exactly!!!! Trashy!

LOL! Erika Jane couldn't hold a candle to Dolly, even in her dreams.

Yeah but it was custom made. I do feel for the designer. She almost destroyed his life. He considered her a friend as well as a client.

Yeah, too bad he crawled into bed with crooks. Erika got some custom saloon girl costume and Tom got an AmEx refund. Lessons learned.

He probably didn't know they were crooks at the time. I don't think anyone did. My impression is that they were deemed as very respectable members of the community at one time.
