While many have accused Denise Richards of getting lit before coming to Kyle’s party, the RHOBH alum now claims that her behavior was the result of being slipped cannabis during the dinner party despite requesting that her food be made without the drug.

“Well, When I was invited to it, I said I can’t have weed. Okay. I’ve had weed twice in my life, and It doesn’t mix well with my system, so it’s not something that I do. And so I’ve said that there will be no weed for me. So It was a sideways night for me,” the 52-year-old explained.
When asked by Jeff Lewis if she ingested some of the weed, the former RHOBH star replied, “I don’t know What the hell he did. I got home, and my husband was, like, ‘What is wrong with you?’ I Felt horrible the whole week.”
“So that is probably what happened at the house dinner party. But I can’t say someone gave me you know, I don’t fucking know. It it was whatever,” she continued. “I don’t know if the It it was in bottles [of water and wine]/ I don’t know. I can’t say. It is what it is. I mean, who cares? I’ve made an asshole out of myself on It’s not the first time I’ve made an asshole out of myself.”

Well, the chef behind Kyle’s weed dinner was NOT happy with Denise’s comments and insinuation that he or his staff may have slipped her food laced with cannabis despite her request for a weed-free meal.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Christopher Sayegh of The Herbal Chef called Denise Richards a “damn liar” and claims she arrived at Kyle’s party “absolutely obliterated.”
Sayegh wrote:
“@deniserichards you are such a damn liar, Denise. It’s embarrassing and you should be ashamed of yourself,’ an enraged Sayegh began on Instagram after she did an interview with Jeff Lewis where she toyed with the suggestion she had been served cannabis.
Let me tell you what really happened… Denise walked into Kyle’s house absolutely obliterated. Her first slurred words to me were “dO yOu KnOw WhO I aM?” Followed by a bunch of other gibberish that we could barely make out. In every interview since this episode aired you have acted as if you had no idea what was going on, we must have slipped something in your food… or bottled water?? Really?? We went over how the evening would go with you and everyone else at the table including specifying how dosage works and that we take our responsibility very seriously- especially when someone would rather abstain from cannabis. It would be detrimental to my business if we left our guests incapacitated, don’t you think?

I've listened and watched the interview; Denise fcking Richards never accused this wannabe fame ho' of spiking her food or drink. It was Jeff who brought up the possibility that she might have unknowingly "ingested" some of the weed. In fact, she then says "I don't fck'n know what happened" (or care). Jeff insisted and she simply isn't ruling out the possibility. Looks like we have another Marco on our hands ... the help needs to stay in their lanes. Better yet, take it up with Jeff.

I concur; she did start out shall we say, "trivializing" her alcohol consumption before she even arrived at Kyle's, but we're WAY past that. The point I'm making is she isn't accusing him of nefarious wrongdoing in any interviews (as he states).

I listened too. She suggested she was given weed which is why she was wasted. Jeff Lewis asked her and she implied that happened. The chef could have worded his response better but I understand his anger given this is his livelihood. He's not the "help". Denise showed up WASTED. The cameras don't lie. She was a mess.

Good for him. These women need to be taken to ask when the blame others for humiliating themselves on TV.
It would be healthy for each of the to take responsibility for their own actions.

This is unbelievable. Denise Richards was wasted before she got to this dinner. So stop passing the buck Denise. Having said that, the chef's response is utterly unprofessional. Wow, does he not vet his remarks before posting? I don't for one moment think he slipped her something deliberately but there must be the possibility of cross contamination and to say that weed "mirrors one's truest self" which is why Denise doesn't use it??? Utter BS. Both of them. Given he's likely a small business man, that response on Instagram hurt him more than it hurt her.

It was very unclassy how he chose to defend himself from Denise. He could’ve done it less harshly, especially if he said, “she’s fighting inner demons”. People that are using drugs are often doing so as a way to self-medicate from their emotional and physical symptoms. If they are, they shouldn’t be berated or embarrassed publicly for what they’ve done.

I agree. He should have chosen his words more carefully. And Denise should not be blaming the chef for the fact that she was wasted that night. She is going after his livelihood and that's unacceptable. This tells you something about her character.

I can see why the chef was indignant even incensed but he should have reined it in a bit. He sounds a bit unhinged. That said, I believe every word of it. Whatever Denise was on, she’s NOT going to admit to for whatever reason. Fair enough, BUT don’t throw someone else under the bus, ESPECIALLY someone who doesn’t have equal media clout to defend himself from the very real damage that can do. That’s just WAY uncool!
