Brandi Glanville Calls Caroline Manzo’s Lawsuit Against Bravo ‘Absurd’

Brandi Glanville opens up about RHUGT drama with Caroline Manzo

Brandi Glanville officially responds to Caroline Manzo’s sexual harassment claims and her lawsuit against Bravo. Get all the details.

Brandi Glanville is officially responding to Caroline Manzo‘s lawsuit against Bravo and claims that she sexually harassed the Real Housewives of New Jersey OG while they filmed season 4 of the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco.

Just a day after pleading on Twitter for Bravo to air season 4 of RHUGT, a rep for Brandi Glanville has released an official statement detailing the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum’s feelings on Caroline’s lawsuit and claims of sexual harassment.

On Sunday, Brandi tweeted:

“Can we PLEASE air this fucking show already it’s so I can be vindicated. It’s been a year now! Please let me live and provide!. This is INSANE!”

Now, in a statement to Page Six, a rep for Brandi Glanville calls Caroline Manzo’s claims of sexual harassment “absurd” and insists that the former RHOBH star is completely “innocent.”

“Sadly, Brandi had to wake up to yet another lawsuit that includes defamatory, false accusations about her,” a rep for Brandi Glanville said.

“While filming, Brandi followed what the producers asked of her, and there was no sexual assault. She is innocent of these absurd accusations that have weighed on her mental and physical health for far too long without a word of support from Peacock, Shed or Bravo. This painful storytelling seems endless and needs to stop. She is looking to move on and upward and get her life back.”

Meanwhile, Caroline Manzo’s attorney, Derek Smith, blasted Bravo and NBCUniversal in a statement to Page Six.

“We are outraged by Bravo, Peacock and NBC’s conduct and look forward to having the issues decided by a jury. Sexual harassment should never be entertainment!” the lawyer said.

“We believe this case is about the networks selfishly sacrificing the well-being of their talent for ratings and profit,” he elaborated. “Brandi Glanville stated she was simply doing what the producers told her to do.”

Smith concluded, stating that reality TV is “leading to severe emotional and physical harm of its talent” and declaring, “This must stop.”

As you already know, Caroline is suing Bravo and claims sexual harassment over a raunchy moment with Brandi while filming season 4 of RHUGT in Morocco.

Last week, the Real Housewives of New Jersey alum just filed a lawsuit against Bravo as well as several other production company and studios involved in making the Peacock show, Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

The alleged incident between Caroline and the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took place in January 2023 while filming season 4 of RHUGT in Morocco.

Just days after Caroline’s lawsuit against Bravo was made public, new details about the alleged abuse the Real Housewives of New Jersey alum suffered at the hand of Brandi have been revealed.

In the documents, the 62-year-old detailed how she was allegedly abused by the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star in Morocco.

Check out all the details HERE.

Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy is currently available on Peacock.

Thoughts on this all? Should Bravo air season 4 of RHUGT at this point? Sound off in the comments.

Airing the edited footage is pointless. Showing a week of filmed togetherness, fun, and bonding doesn't mean Brandi didn't take things too far in the confines of a bathroom at the end. Also, it doesn't mean Caroline wasn't feeling uneasy and uncomfortable in Brandi's presence throughout the week, because like most predators, Brandi was undoubtedly feeling her out, or "grooming" her as it were. God forbid, if it turns out that Caroline complained earlier, then they're in deep do do.

What I find curious is that what seems to be missing altogether in this unseemly affair is Caroline ever saying, ‘no’. There were ostensibly several opportunities even before the bathroom when she could have, yet ZERO indication that she did. Now IF she ever did even just once, it’s game over. Brandi’s guilty as charged. If she didn’t, though, why the eff not? One reason is she consented to it, then regretted doing so. That’s called morning after regrets (we’ve all been there, Caroline ?) not sexual assault. IJS.

Seems to me that Brandi just helped Caroline's lawsuit against the various production companies -- claiming she was just doing what the producers wanted her to do.

It was expected of Brandi and Caroline had no idea she'd be the target to humiliate. Brandi went further than usual in this case and it was too far simply based on Caroline's reaction. To me, Bravo is guilty for continuing to hire Brandi. Anything they are legally guilty of serves them right and hope they pay.

I agree with Brandi. We all know that these shows are so scripted and production driven that they are hardly fun to watch anymore. Air the evidence. Enough already.

I’ll believe Caroline when I see the footage that backs up her allegations. Until then it’s she said/she said. Both have reasons to lie and neither are going to skate by me on reputation alone. The burden of proof is on the accuser. Let’s see the goods. ?
