Documents pertaining to Caroline Manzo’s recently filed lawsuit against Bravo have been made public. Get all the details!

As the entire Bravoverse knows, Caroline Manzo is suing Bravo and claims sexual harassment over a raunchy moment with Brandi Glanville while filming for RHUGT in Morocco.

Last week, the Real Housewives of New Jersey alum just filed a lawsuit against Bravo as well as several other production company and studios involved in making the Peacock show, Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

The alleged incident between Caroline Manzo and former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville took place in January 2023 while filming season 4 of RHUGT in Morocco.

Just days after Caroline Manzo’s lawsuit against Bravo was made public, new details about the alleged abuse the Real Housewives of New Jersey alum suffered at the hand of Brandi have been revealed.

In the documents, the 62-year-old detailed how she was allegedly abused by the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star in Morocco.

To start, Caroline Manzo alleges that she was asked by several members of the RHUGT cast about whether or not her breasts were real or fake and they frequently commented about how large her breasts were.

Then later that night at a bar, a “Clearly intoxicated, GLANVILLE walked over to MANZO, spread MANZO’s legs and leaned into MANZO. She then laid her head on MANZO’s inner thigh. MANZO pulled away and moved to the end of the couch.”

“Exerting her dominance over MANZO, GLANVILLE followed MANZO and sat right next to MANZO on the couch. GLANVILLE proceeded to kiss MANZO with a closed mouth. GLANVILLE then kissed MANZO again. MANZO was very uncomfortable.
GLANVILLE then proceeded to mount MANZO on the couch holding MANZO down with her body, forcibly squeezed MANZO’s cheeks together and thrust her tongue in MANZO’s mouth, while humping her,” the documents read.

“MANZO tried to push GLANVILLE off of her body. However, GLANVILLE was restraining MANZO with her much greater weight, size, and strength, and was unable to free herself.”

After a “distraught” and “scared” Caroline was able to free herself from Brandi’s grips she went over to the snake handler to try and “distract” herself from what just occurred.

The filing notes that: “When MANZO was seven years old, she was sexually assaulted. GLANVILLE’s sexual assault made all of these dormant and horrific memories immediately resurface. MANZO again felt like she was seven years old and began to relive her previous sexual assaults in the context of this sexual assault. She was in a state of shock.”

In order to clear her head, Caroline then headed to the bathroom to wash her hands and get away from the group for a minute.

Brandi, Gretchen Rossi, and Alex McCord walked into the bathroom as Caroline was washing her hands, which is when Brandi’s next alleged attack on Caroline took place.

“As MANZO stood at the sink washing her hands, GLANVILLE entered the bathroom and came behind MANZO, forced her vagina against MANZO’s buttocks, breasts against MANZO’s back, wrapped her long arms around MANZO forcibly restraining her and began washing her hands with MANZO’s hands entwined. Immediately, MANZO tried to exit the bathroom.

The bathroom door was locked. GLANVILLE pinned MANZO’s body against the door.
GLANVILLE pressed her breasts and vagina against MANZO. MANZO tried to unlock the door but could not get out. GLANVILLE repeatedly hit MANZO’s hand away from the door lock. GLANVILLE then reached around MANZO’s body and then groped, grabbed, and forcibly fondled MANZO’s vagina and breasts. At the same time, GLANVILLE pushed her face into MANZO’s neck in order to kiss her.

From inside the bathroom, MANZO cries, “HELP, HELP, HELP, HELP” but no one ever”

According to the documents, RHUGT producers heard Caroline Manzo’s pleas for help but did nothing to stop the allegedly assault.

“MANZO, visibly shaken, was finally let out of the bathroom after Housewife of New York, Alex McCord, saw what was happening and unlocked the bathroom door so MANZO could
leave.

After the sexual assault, MANZO, clearly shaken, tried to gather herself together all the while thinking to herself, “You are here to do your job. Do your job!” and proceeded to the dining room for dinner.”

At dinner, Brandi screamed across the table at Caroline Manzo: “I want to fuck you.”

Caroline got up from the table and went to the bathroom again. Brandi attempted to get into the bathroom twice, yelling,  “I’m going with you. You’ve had too much to drink.”

At this point, Brandi once again, “started massaging MANZO’s breasts and MANZO objected telling GLANVILLE, ‘I think it’s time for you to leave.'”

Then “Manzo stated, ‘I got abused.'” which is when Eva Marcille “stated, ‘Brandi is over accosting her’ and ‘She wants it to stop,’ referring to MANZO.”

I knew when I read Caroline was suing it had to be something of substance, since I would never take her as a liar. That being said, this is the first time I have read through everything, and this is downright disgusting. Producers and staff should have stepped in to get this under control the first time Brandi overstepped. If it were a man doing this to a woman, it would have never gotten even remotely as far. This is so gross and 100% unacceptable.

this is such BS if Caroline was really sexually assaulted then she should have called the police and pressed charges.. not sued Bravo And since when is Caroline a small tiny defenseless victim.. Brandi must weigh no more than 100lbs. Caroline couldnt push her off? Brandi sexually assaulted her in front of everyone? come on! this case should be thrown out..

She couldn’t realistically go to the police because this occurred in a different country, one’s with very strict laws against homosexuality, so Caroline could have put herself in jeopardy of being arrested as well. American laws only apply to America so going to police here would do nothing. They do not have jurisdiction. Otherwise, I agree with you. Caroline’s accusations don’t pass the sniff test.

The lawsuit will DRAG the network BRAVO, the RGT series, HWs franchise AND the WHOLE cast in the mud. No one is safe & these action/inactions are serious. Did anyone do enough to prevent this drama. . .NOPE. Spread the Blame & Keep your legs and mouths closed.

Brandi may not be a liar but, we all know she's a skanky drunk who would hump a table leg AND probably slap it for not participating. Maybe she can join the lawsuit and go after Bravo for encouraging her obvious love affair with alcohol. She needs to leave her face alone and put the money towards rehab.

There’s audio of the bathroom incident supposedly. And if part of the ‘assault’ happened on a couch not all of it was in the bathroom. Caroline’s filing reads to me like someone trying to explain away all the inconsistencies that point to her claims being bs. I don’t buy it. That said, Caroline should not have been put in an unsafe/hostile work environment and imo she was. I think Bravo will settle.

We are just going to have to wait and see, because as usual, Asswipe Cohen and Bravo are inconsistent in their statements. We've heard plenty of "hot mic" moments behind closed (bathroom) doors, but only when it portrays the women as (entertaining) raving lunatics (Kathy Hilton allegedly calling a DJ an old fg notwithstanding). However, when the network's asses are on the line and possibly liable ... there is no audio or film.

Lol. True dat. I just don’t buy Caroline’s story. None of it made sense from the jump and now, it’s just getting absurd. That said, Bravo should not have created that work environment, so I’m not mad at Caroline’s cash grab, but I’m gonna call a spade a spade here. #getthatmoney ?

I'm slightly biased, but I believe her timing is good, and she probably has a strong case. It would be awesome seeing her giving Bravo/Andy a taste of their own medicine; in fact, I would gladly roast marshmallows if she burns down the whole fcking house.

I believe every one of them have now weighed in, and are fully supporting Brandi (with Alex as the possible exception). However, the sad truth is, even if they know the allegations are true, they are only thinking about the show airing. Reality TV is a a sleazy medium.

As a sexual abuse survivor any unwanted touch can trigger a horrific memory of past. We’ve witness Brandi reckless behaviors on Bravo so I believe Caroline’s account. Brandi’s actions were not welcomed. Caroline might have nervously laughed or joked along to get out of an uncomfortable situation. Shame on Bravo and their production team for not removing Brandi altogether!

Same things Glanville has done at different times to different people before. She also slaps and throws drinks. She targeted Caroline who was among the smallest and has to be the oldest but mainly because she'd be perhaps the most humiliated, IMO. No doubt she figured no big repercussions because it was in another country that happens to be anti-homosexual. Caroline never worked with her before and in fact hadn't worked with any aggressive HWs for quite a while, and never a sexually aggressive one. This is what Brandi does and Bravo knew it. Bravo should be sued. Maybe they can sue Brandi for something. Ha.

Have you ever tried to force puzzle pieces together that don’t belong together? Sometimes they even fit together (sorta, kinda) BUT the image they create is not the correct one and will greatly distort the entire image or make it impossible to even be formed if not corrected. I’ve noticed an extreme affinity for distorted puzzles within nearly every aspect of our society lately. Is this fiasco any different? ???? Roll that beautiful bean footage, I say, cuz until then I tend to believe it VERY WELL may not be. Nonetheless, I do hope Caroline has begun her real estate shopping because this is QUITE the impressive money grab. ? ???
