Dolores Catania reveals season 14 of RHONJ was “rough” and ends with a fiery dinner party where “two bombs” were dropped.

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania reveals that fans can expect a finale like never before when season 14 of the show airs in 2024.

“There’s a big bomb at the finale…and you would never know what it would be,” the RHONJ star told Page Six at BravoCon 2023 in Las Vegas on Friday.

Dolores notes that she believes the RHONJ season 14 finale is “bigger” than the shocking season 13 conclusion between Joe Gorga and Louie Ruelas, who almost got into a physical altercation.

“There’s two bombs at the finale,” the RHONJ star teased, noting that she refers to the dinner as “the Last Supper.”

When asked which of her RHONJ co-stars were Jesus and which were Judas, Dolores quipped that one co-star did actually call the other Judas during the dinner.

“Oh, you’re gonna see. And that word, Judas …” she teased before stopping herself. “I think I’m saying too much.”

While Dolores didn’t reveal which of her RHONJ co-stars were at war, several of her co-stars have admitted to shifting friendship dynamics throughout season 14.

“It was a very rough season for all of us. [It] made good TV. Oh, if it made anything, it made good TV,” Dolores said.

Dolores also confirmed that Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga‘s decision not to speak throughout filming for season 14 of RHONJ made the season “easier” to film.

At BravoCon, Teresa shut down the possibility of reconciling with Melissa and Joe Gorga anytime soon.

“First of all, I’m living this journey, and I’m all about family and respect and trust,” she said during the RHONJ panel on Sunday. “Sorry. That chapter’s closed with my brother, unfortunately. It really is.”

Melissa echoed similar sentiments during part one of the RHONJ panel on Saturday: “It’s very different from last season… because there’s not a lot of communication, so I think it’s different and better.”

“I think the fans will feel refreshed as well. I mean, weren’t you sick of it?” the 44-year-old asked the crowd. “It’s so much to describe right now, but I think everyone knows where we’re at. Everyone’s reading it. I think it’s, like I said, we’re at a place of peace. I think everyone needs a minute. Everyone needs a break, and there’s a period on it right now.”

Meanwhile, Teresa also blamed Melissa for spreading the rumor that her husband, Louie Ruelas, tried to pursue Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola romantically before he met the RHONJ OG.

“My sister-in-law put it out there,” Teresa told Page Six on Friday. “She’s the one that started it.”

Alexia recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, where she shut down claims that Louie ever tried to date her when they met various times in Europe.

Some of you all are going back and forth about who was booed . I did see that Teresa was, on Instagram/ not as crazy as some people have said but she was. I don’t know that others were ( housewives or anyone else thars on a bravo show ) . But whatever. Me I think it’s ridiculous that people would go to whoever’s panel or whatever it’s called to boo and or say shitty stuff to these housewives or any one thats on a bravo show . I dint care who it is. It’s ridiculous Come on. How immature and stupid. Obsessed much. Seriously. What did any of these people ever do to you? It’s a show. It’s entertainment. Who gives a shit. Anyway that’s my opinion. So there’s that.

I think the reason people would boo specific people is because they enjoy HW shows but are tired of certain nasty people ruining them and hope they get "let go". Can't think of any other reason in this situation. It isn't a sports event or political rally.

So the only trip scheduled was to a nearby state in a rental house for three days that was canceled and changed to a dinner! That says a lot regarding the lack of importance or investment in the RHNJ! So now the dinner is a bunch of fighting or whatever to get people to watch the show that has been going down the tubes. Then the main reason(s) it is going down the tubes were booed or acted like trash at bravocon.

To my understanding these ladies were scheduled for a weekend at the Berkshires but, unfortunately the place burned down. Strange that Bravo didn’t ask Dorinda for a good deal at Bluestone Manor. Maybe she didn’t want to deal with the screaming, fighting, table flipping, and food tossing. If all they earned is a dinner, perhaps the place provided outside seating away from civilized diners. Either that or they paid the patrons at nearby tables. The offer being: All you can eat at this hopefully expensive restaurant just be sure to act surprised when you hear all the screaming.

Oh, good point. Any restaurant owner or manager that has heard of them would probably want a huge non-refundable deposit. All the disruption to the paying customers must be bad for business. Then there would be potentially broken dishes and a mess to clean up. Maybe they add a huge refundable deposit to cover that. So who tips the staff, I wonder and how much is it.

Nothing to do with dark. The only thing dark is her hair anyway. Her complexion naturally isn't dark but it isn't pale, either. It is from the tanning and the tanning cream and sometimes when she alters photos her legs or feet actually look dark. When she first got on the show, she bragged about 3 nannies, 2 tutors, housekeepers and so on. She has used both daughters but Gabrielle isn't letting her anymore. To me actually, it is the walk and more importantly the HAIRLINE. She has lasered it, but it is unforgettable. And to think they used to make fun of Melissa's forehead, which come to think of it, also looks better.

I included hairline in "appearance". Ha! The hairline or lack of forehead is the most striking feature for sure. The wide set eyes, bowed legs, and gait all factor in, too. Then there is her seemingly primitive way of thinking and how she looks so dumb and blank and mutters, "huh" when trying to process what people are saying to her. Having hissy fits like a little kid when she's mad makes her seem dumb, too. I started watching the show after it started. Teresa was so unique looking that I did a little research about homo species prior to modern humans, like Neanderthals and so on and their range.
