There was also a photo shown elsewhere with Teresa posing (short white dress) without her altering it. She looks awful in the face, especially compared to the nonstop altered ones she posts. She looks ugly actually. I bet people are shocked to see her in real life because of how unattractive she is. Maybe she did take a weight loss drug in time for bravocon, too, because she looks smaller yet the short dress she was wearing showed the inside knee fat which is why she shouldn't wear short dresses. I also think it made her face look worse.

So Andy endorsed Gia as a HW kid becoming a HW after her boring and annoying "performance" the past 4 years of being paid?! He needs to retire unless he was put on the spot since she is getting paid. It is actually an insult, especially to someone who just received a 4-year college degree, although it appears to be the trashy path she has chosen.

Being at bravocon with him must be rough because she knows she is going to get lots of hard questions! It was interesting when an interviewer (filmed on tik tok) was talking to Teresa and Luis and as soon as he mentioned "Alexia", Teresa's eyelids started rapidly going up and down and didn't slow down until after Luis started rambling about a false rumor. Then when asked how it came about then Teresa stopped fluttering her giant fake lashes and got a really ugly look on her face and said Melissa started it!! Ha. Melissa didn't even know about it until she read about it. Teresa knows it is true he tried to date her first!!

If anything, Alexia made it worse. I saw the WWHL After Show on You Tube. Alexis said Luis introduced himself in Spain and also ran into him in another country? Bo Dietl at work, I see. Blaming Melissa proves how ridiculous Tre is. This rumor could only be started by the known parties - Luis, Alexia or Todd and has been around since she met Luis. This is old news except with Alexis adding they ran into Luis in another country. As Garcelle said “suss.”

I noticed that a while back. She never should have gotten the second one, IMO. She really needed the first one and I thought it did look better than how noticeably flat chested she was with a big butt and legs, but the second one makes her look sloppy and fat when she wears tops with them hanging down like udders. Something must have shifted and the stuff inside of one dropped down because I remember noticing they were on crooked.

The bracelets were fake. Luis's house cost $3.35 million and she doesn't own it. She does not own any real estate. She had a Mercedes and he gave her another but it was either repossessed from their home or "stolen". So she went to PA to buy a used car. What Bentley? What Aston Martin? Yes, they go on exotic trips yet she still owes hundreds of thousands of dollars (down from 1.1 million earlier this year reportedly) for federal income taxes starting in 2014. So they spend money as soon as the get it, live high on the hog and don't pay bills. Meanwhile Teresa doesn't own a home or real estate of any kind. She owns one or two older cars as far as we know.

The subject is Louie and Teresa and what they can afford. 1) Ask yourself why anyone would promote to millions a fake bracelet. That’s completely asinine. 2) Again the subject is them, my question is how THEY can afford a 3.5 million dollar home. You tried to correct me with 3.35 but sweetie you didn’t figure in renovations. 3) Teresa drives a brand new Mercedes captured on the last season of RHONJ and TMZ. 4) He drives a Bentley shown on RHONJ and Teresa’s feed as well as a new Aston Marton 5) You forgot the gargantuan wedding 6) Taxes don’t matter (everyone has them), what matters is that you’re paying them. Google It Happened on Bay Boulevard LLC and see whose name is listed (just Luis) and when it started (early Jan. 2021). I don't see evidence there are partners (like Dorit's deals) but there could be or they could have fronted him the money with a side deal. Regardless, Teresa's name is nowhere and why would it be because he only arranged to meet her within 6 months prior of setting it up!!! "pits of hell"

Well people in general put their homes that they live in all the time into a Limited Liability Company to protect money (and where they live) against lawsuits and debt primarily and it has nothing to do with whether or not they are wealthy. In NJ they can probably deduct the expenses of having the home they live in as "business" expenses. Teresa still doesn't own any real estate.

It has to do with the wealthy as they are the only ones whose business interests would affect their personal lives. That’s why traditional blue and white collar workers normally are opposed to put their home in an LLC. Why do you keep stating Teresa doesn’t own real estate when the first comment on this post was regarding Teresa and Louie and what THEY could afford. Nonetheless, neither you nor I know what interests she has in the home, the intention may be to keep her hidden. For example making her an owner of the company and not a registered agent on the deed. We also don’t know what kind of assets she was given. Louie may have given her assets valued way more than the house, that’s why it’s not good to speculate and make conclusions. You know nothing about their lives.

Do you? Why would Luis put some woman he arranged to meet within 6 months prior as anything regarding some deal of buying a mansion via an LLC? When he moved her and the sweet young things in months later, they came up with a story and part of it was that she was going to be the "house manager" which was to placate her and the media! The LLC owning the house was created early January 2021!!! He wasn't engaged or married. No way she is part of it. She doesn't own any real estate. That is probably part of the reason why all sites report her "wealth" at only $500,000. That is middle class for someone in their 50's, yet she has a 4 month a year job that pays over a million!!! She won't pay over $600,000 in federal income taxes to date that started accumulating with penalties and interest 9 years ago! Why doesn't the "wealthy" husband of over a year pay? When they divorce, the house being in an LLC to protect someone's money from lawsuits, debt and Teresa will be a big deal and then you'll know! It is funny to me it sure seems like you come across like you could possibly be related to Luis, like the "other" sister or the brother. Ha!

It is public and there is no mention of her up front. In my state it is either one owner or partnership. He is the only one listed. Just google, "It Happened on Bay Boulevard LLC" or do that and add Luis Ruelas.

OHH, that could be there are multiple partners like with the LLC Dorit is involved with. I figured he was stuffing all the cash he had away to protect it in an LLC to keep creditors away and his targeted bride to be. When I've seen the LLC titled "It Happened on Bay Boulevard", he is the only one listed as managing .She was not listed up front nor anyone else. It makes no sense to me that he would include her anyway, after only 6 months at the most after he met her. It would be crazy. She had no extra money. It was a year later before she sold her house and didn't get to keep much of it. He created the LLC in early January 2021 so not that long after he met her in 2020. It was later that year (2021) they claimed they had this business deal and she was "house manager". She couldn't sell her house and needed a place to live with the four daughters for when she did sell it! (I'm involved in an LLC that actually is a property and it is either partners or a sole person in my state. I think "house manager" is what he told her and what they told the press to reduce the fact she was dragging her four daughters to shack up with a man she didn't know very long.

You started the subject of what Luis and Teresa could afford, I suppose, with a comment. That is not the subject(s) of the article. There is no question they spend lots of money but "they" don't own the house. I explained by speaking the obvious truth that they spend what they get when they get it. Yet she won't even pay income taxes to the tune of currently over 600 thousand dollars from 2014-2021. "Taxes don't matter"??? To me they do when someone won't pay $1.1 million as of the beginning of the year yet spend like a billionaire. If she or they had so much money, why was she begging publicly to keep her bravo job by whining about having money to pay for college which is currently one daughter!!? That isn't a wealthy person. She thought she could quit bravo when Luis came along but he wants her to work and is terrified somebody "will get her seat". If she loses her job, she will lose him and she knows it. She'd be better off, IMO.
