The party is officially over for Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak, as the former NFL star has filed for divorce from the RHOA OG once again!
TMZ reports that Kroy Biermann has filed paperwork to end his marriage to Kim Zolciak. This news comes just weeks after the two Real Housewives of Atlanta alums surprisingly reconciled and called off their initial divorce filing from May.
The former NFL star filed paperwork on Thursday in Georgia, citing that his marriage to Kim was “irretrievably broken.”
The 37-year-old is requesting sole legal and sole physical custody of his and Kim’s four minor children: Kroy Jr. “KJ,” 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9.
Kroy Biermann is also seeking child support and alimony from the Real Housewives of Atlanta OG. He also requests exclusive use of the marital residence.
The duo initially filed for divorce in May after 11 years of marriage, and their split quickly turned ugly.
In multiple court filings, Kroy Biermann claimed that Kim’s “gambling” problem “financially devastated” their family.
Kroy Biermann claims that the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum has been “spending substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance,” and “this compulsion has financially devastated the parties.”
He went on to allege that “[Kim’s] time is so consumed with online gambling” that she is unable to care for their four minor children.
To back up his claims about the 45-year-old Bravo alum, Kroy attached copies of bank statements and checks showing thousands of dollars being withdrawn from their accounts.
Meanwhile, Kim filed paperwork requesting that Kroy be drug tested for marijuana.
Kim and Kroy also called the cops on each other multiple times after filing for divorce.
In bodycam footage obtained by Radar Online, Kroy Biermann told police that Kim lost $700k gambling in the last two years alone.
“The total in the marriage was about $1.5 million dollars. She does it online illegally,” the 37-year-old former NFL star claimed.
“It’s probably been going on for pretty much our entire marriage, and it’s gotten significantly worse,” he continued.
Kroy didn’t stop there. He then accused Kim of “decimat[ing]” their savings. Kroy went on to call the Real Housewives of Atlanta OG a “narcissist to the extreme level,” adding that Kim is a “compulsive behavior addict.” Take a deep dive into Kim’s spending habits – HERE.
Shortly after this police footage was released, Kim and Kroy miraculously reconciled out of nowhere. Many fans wondered if Kim and Kroy’s divorce was a ploy to get back on RHOA or skirt their outstanding debts, including over $1 million in back taxes.
Bravo fans should buckle up because this divorce will get UGLY again!
