Brynn Whitfield dishes on Shep Rose sliding into her DMs after revealing her crush on him. Find out if love is in the air for the Bravolebs.
The Real Housewives of New York star appeared on Sunday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, where she revealed that Shep Rose recently slid into her DMs after she publicly admitted to having a crush on the Southern Charm star.
To start, Brynn Whitfield admitted that “dudes love it” when Andy Cohen asked, “Has your dating life changed since you got on the Housewives?”
Turns out Brynn being on Real Housewives is a real turn-on for “straight” men; however, she was quick to note they want nothing to do with the show or filming.
When Andy asked Brynn about her crush on Shep, the 36-year-old played coy about whether or not Shep had slid into her DMs.
However, Andy called her out, saying, “He told me he was gonna DM you,” before adding, “Sorry. You’re dealing with the mouth mouth here.”
Brynn then confirmed that Shep did, in fact, slide into her DMs.
“He’s very sweet,” Brynn confessed. “He’s very smart. Very sweet. And it’s all pg. It’s like about like philosophy and dogs,” Brynn confessed.
During Brynn’s first appearance on WWHL with the rest of the RHONY cast, she admitted to having a crush on Shep.
Back in June, Brynn told Andy that she has a “secret” crush on Shep, noting that he is “cute.”
Andy replied, “He’s exactly as he appears,” to which Brynn said: “Perfect.”
“It takes one commitment-phobe to know another commitment-phobe, right?” Brynn continued. “I like Southern Charm. I’m from Indiana, so Midwest and the down south, we play dirty.”
After the episode, WWHL posted the clip of Brynn confessing her crush on Shep to their Instagram, which is when the Southern Charm star reacted to the news.
“Oh, Well, that’s certainly nice to hear. Thanks for thinking of me, Brynn,” Shep commented.
As for Andy’s comment that Shep is “exactly as he appears,” the 43-year-old said: “I mean Andy could have been a little more enthusiastic about her brave (and accurate) proclamation … perhaps he knows too much. This poses a problem.”
Season 14 of RHONY airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
