It’s safe to say that Teresa Giudice is NOT a fan of Sofia Vergara. The RHONJ star recently dubbed the actress the “rudest woman she’s ever met.”
Teresa Giudice has met her fair share of rude and bitchy women during her time on The Real Housewives, so it’s shocking to hear her reveal that Modern Family star and America’s Got Talent host Sofia Vergara is the “rudest woman she’s ever met.”
On a recent episode of the Namaste B$tches podcast, Teresa Giudice recalled a terrible interaction she had with the actress that left a bad taste in her mouth to this day.
Teresa explains that in 2017, she and Sofia were both guests on a talk show, which is when their PR agents decided it would be great for them to pose for a photo together.
“Sofia Vergara’s PR person and my PR person spoke together, and I guess the two of them said, ‘Let’s get a picture of Teresa and Sofia together,” the Real Housewives of New Jersey star explained.
“I didn’t want a picture with her. I’ve never asked to take a picture with anybody,” Teresa alleged before elaborating further.
“When we went to go take a picture, she was like, standing in front of me, like ok, that’s not how you take a picture. She was the rudest woman I’ve ever met,” Teresa explained. “I saw her whole demeanor, and then I heard her say to her PR person, ‘Why are you making me take a picture with that lady?’”
She continued, “I was like, ‘Excuse me? I did not want to take a picture with you! I never asked to take a picture with you.’”
Teresa then noted that she is NOT a fan of Sofia.
“I was like, how rude. You’re so not a humble person. You forgot where you came from. It’s not like she started out like being on the top. She forgot where she came from. She’s so not a down-to-earth person. I’m so not a fan of her,” Teresa explained.
However, in 2022, Teresa ran into the Modern Family actress again while in New York for Dancing With the Stars. Turns out Sofia wasn’t any nicer to the Bravoleb the second time around.
“She’s just not a nice person. Just because I’m on a reality TV show, you don’t want to associate yourself with me? It’s fine,” Teresa quipped.
Production for season 14 of Real Housewives of New Jersey will start in late August.
