RHOC’s Heather and Terry Dubrow Buy Beverly Hills Estate for $16 Million

Heather and Terry Dubrow are moving on up! The RHOC couple have purchased a mansion in Beverly Hills after selling their OC home last year.

Heather and Terry Dubrow are making some major moves. The Real Housewives of Orange County couple have purchased “late filmmaker Dino De Laurentiis’ 9,000 sq. foot Beverly Hills mansion,” according to Entertainment Tonight.

The property sits on 8.2 acres and is located just a short distance from the iconic Beverly Hills hotel. Heather and Terry Dubrow’s new neighbors will include LeBron James, Drake, Chrissy Teigen, and John Legend, just to name a few. And it turns out Heather and Terry got their new digs for a steal. They purchased the home for $16.1M, which is well under the $37.5M asking price. Fellow Bravoleb Josh Altman handled the deal for the Dubrows.

This is the Dubrow’s second property in Los Angeles. In 2022, they purchased a penthouse in Century City. Heather and Terry Dubow also have a residence in Orange County.

Heather confirmed the purchase in a statement to ET: “Yes, we did! It’s so exciting! We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs, and the universe landed us here, at the most iconic Hollywood estate.”

So, what’s next for Heather and Terry? Well, the couple plans to spend the next three years renovating the home.

As for whether or not this means Heather Dubrow will be officially leaving RHOC, that remains to be seen. The Bravo star previously told ET that her purchasing property in Los Angeles doesn’t mean she’s ready to walk away from Real Housewives.

“I’m a New Yorker, transplanted to L.A., dragged down to Orange County,” she joked. “I’m just trying to migrate home… I’m gonna end up on New York Housewives!”

“I feel really comfortable with what I’m doing right now,” Heather explained. “I’m really proud to be a part of Real Housewives. The franchise is amazing, the platform is incredible, and, you know, it’s pop-culture history. It’s really cool, and I’m grateful for it. How long will I do the show? I mean, probably as long as they’ll have me.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
