Dorit Kemsley is being dragged into court for reportedly stiffing a private nurse who cared for her following an alleged plastic surgery!
Radar Online reports that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star stiffed a private nurse who looked after her as she recovered from a plastic surgery procedure.
Court documents reveal that earlier this year, Dorit Kemsley was sued by a woman named Natalie Vanderstay. The lawsuit demands that the Bravolebrity pay $8,600 in damages.
In her filing, Natalia Vanderstay said, “I am a private duty nurse, and I provided medical services for [Dorit]. [Dorit] had plastic surgery and hired my services for day and overnight care; to monitor and assess her pain, administration of medications, and treatments (as directed per her physician’s orders). As well, as address all her medical needs and concerns.”
The nurse continued, “I submitted an invoice to [Dorit] after my services were completed, and [Dorit] has refused to pay me.”
Vanderstay claims to have worked for Dorit from November 16, 2022, to November 20, 2022. She calculated the money owed to her “by the hours I worked at my hourly rate of $100. I worked 86 hours at $100 an hour, which totals $8,600.”
A hearing was held in April. Vanderstay appeared in court; however, Dorit was not present. The nurse told the court that Dorit was served with legal papers despite being the reality TV star being a no-show.
The judge ordered Dorit Kemsley to pay Vanderstay a total of $8,675. Now, Vanderstay is demanding that Dorit show up to court with her financial records in hand so she can figure out how to collect her debt from the Bravolebrity.
RHOBH is expected to return for season 13 in late 2023.
