Bravo, Bravo, F–king Bravo! Denise Richards is officially back in the swing of things on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The Bravo alum confirms that she will be a “friend of the Housewives” for season 13 of the Beverly Hills Housewives franchise.
“I have filmed some episodes,” she told Variety. “And it’s been fun. And you know, I’m a big fan of the show, so it was fun to go back and film a lot of stuff with them.”
Denise explains that her return to RHOBH was unplanned and that even production had no idea she was attending a screening hosted by RHOBH star Garcelle Beauvais.
“This all just happened recently on the spur of the moment,” Denise explained. “I was at her screening as a friend — like a real friend — I didn’t tell anyone I was gonna be there. Production didn’t know. I just showed up, like, for real life, as a real friend in real life.”
The longtime actress noted that one thing just led to another with production and she found herself having fun and wanting to film more.
“The next day, I was asked to go to some events — and so it’s been actually fun. I also think it’s great to show you can have fun. I don’t think it’s a positive message to try and tear people down. You can have your opinions, but don’t try to tear people down. I don’t think it’s right. I mean, that part I don’t like.”
Denise first joined RHOBH in 2019 during season 9. She starred on the show for two seasons before leaving after wrapping filming for season 10 in 2020.
Season 13 of RHOBH is set to star Kyle Richards, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, and Crystal Minkoff as well as newbie Annemarie Wiley.
RHOBH is expected to return for season 13 in late 2023 or early 2024.
