Garcelle Beauvais Shades Lisa Rinna As Denise Richards Further Teases RHOBH Return Plus, Rinna Hints at New Family Reality Show

The RHOBH cast is thriving following Lisa Rinna‘s exit from the show, according to Garcelle Beauvais.

Garcelle threw a little shade at her former friend and RHOBH co-star while chatting with Page Six at the four year anniversary party for Sutton Stracke‘s boutique The Sutton Concept in West Hollywood.

“Is she gone?” Garcelle quipped, teasing that she didn’t even notice Rinna’s absence when filming for season 13 of RHOBH kicked off in February 2023.

Rinna departed RHOBH in January 2023 after her contract expired following season 12 of the franchise. The Bravoleb’s exit came after she spent eight seasons on the show stirring the pot and causing drama. Rinna joined RHOBH during season 5 in 2014 and quickly became a fan-favorite. However the tides quickly turned on Rinna and by her exit from the show she was hated by many fans after they grew tired of her antics.

During her last season on RHOBH, Rinna accused Kathy Hilton of having a “psychotic break” during the season 12 cast trip to Aspen, Colorado.

As we know, Rinna and Garcelle’s once close friendship fell a part during their time on RHOBH as they repeatedly clashed over Rinna’s antics.

Now, Garcelle says that the RHOBH cast feels “less divided”without Rinna in the mix.

“I think we’re less divided, for sure. I think there’s less [division]. I think we’re all more open to really forming a friendship and seeing where that goes,” the actress told Page Six. “So, I feel like everybody’s doing that, which is cool.”

However, Garcelle is quick to point out that there is still drama amid the remaining RHOBH cast members which include Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Crystal Minkoff, Erika Jayne, and Sutton.

“Not to say there’s no drama,” Garcelle teases. “but we’re trying.”

During the interview, Garcelle also addressed Denise Richards return to the fold following Rinna’s exit.

Denise filmed a scene for season 13 of RHOBH two weeks ago while attending a dinner party at Kyle’s house. The dinner party also included OG RHOBH cast member Camille Grammer.

“I think it’s great [that Denise is back],” Garcelle raved. “We had a really great dinner the other night and she put her stamp on things.”

The former Bond girl further teased her return to RHOBH on Instagram this past weekend when she shared a video of herself “walking into a meeting with the Fab 3.” The audio clip “She’s back” played in the background of the video which only further teased Denise’s return to RHOBH. It is believed that the Fab 3 is Sutton, Crystal, and Garcelle, who formed a group as the newbies on RHOBH in order to compete with the Fox Force 5, which consisted of Dorit, Rinna, Kyle, Erika, and Teddi Mellencamp.

Meanwhile, Rinna recently hinted at her plans to do a family style reality TV show that would document the drama around her family including her husband Harry Hamlin and their model daughters Amelia Gray and Delilah Belle.

“Never say never,” Rinna told CR Fashion Book of rumors her family was planning to do a Kardashian style reality TV show.

“I love fame,” she noted. “I think it’s the greatest thing.” 

Rinna also promised that if her family’s reality TV show gets green-lit by a network it would be a worthwhile watch for fans.

“Drama is what the shows are about,” she said. “If you don’t talk about the elephant in the room, then what are we talking about, my yoga class? What I had for breakfast? No one wants to watch that.”

RHOBH is expected to return for season 13 in late 2023 or early 2024.
