Dismissal of Raquel Leviss’ Restraining Order Brings Vindication for Scheana Shay

Vindication! Pump Rules star Scheana Shay is feeling good after Raquel Leviss‘ restraining order against her was dismissed on Wednesday, March 29.

TMZ caught up with Scheana exiting a Los Angeles courthouse on Wednesday where she made it clear her beef with Raquel is far from over.

According to Scheana, she and Raquel will NEVER be friends again. Scheana also insists that the TRO against her was all a publicity stunt in order to deflect attention away from Raquel and Tom Sandoval after the news of their affair became public knowledge.

The 37-year-old’s attorney, Neama Rahmani, tells TMZ, “This isn’t reality TV. This is the real world and Rachel’s actions have real consequences. Rachel (Raquel) filed a false police report, a false medical report, and a frivolous petition for a restraining order.”

He then confirmed that Scheana did push Raquel but stands by Scheana’s claim that she did not punch Raquel or give her a black eye.

“Scheana didn’t punch Rachel. Rachel didn’t get a black eye. Scheana pushed Rachel but only after Rachel grabbed her wrist, and Rachel did not suffer a concussion,” Rahmani clarifies.

“When Rachel realized that she would lose in court and that she couldn’t just drop it, she decided to not show up at all. We were prepared to expose Rachel’s lies, but instead she will have to live knowing that she betrayed two of her best friends: Scheana and Ariana. Instead of accepting responsibility for her actions, Rachel shamefully tried to misuse our justice system to shift blame to Scheana. We are happy that Scheana is now vindicated,” he continues.

Raquel was a no show in court on Wednesday, which is one of the reasons the judge dropped the case. Rumor has it that Raquel decided she was going to drop the restraining order against Scheana after filming the Pump Rules season ten reunion on March 23.

“I can confirm that my attorney took my case off the court calendar Wednesday and is filing the appropriate paperwork requested by the court today to dismiss the TRO (temporary restraining order) from moving forward after the 29th,” Raquel previously told Entertainment Tonight.

However, a source close to the 28-year-old now tells TMZ that Raquel is still standing by her claims against Scheana but just no wants to take legal action against her co-star and former friend.

“Scheana’s attorney had been notified by email that Raquel would not be moving forward with the RO. Raquel stands by her initial statement that Scheana punched her in the face supported by photos of her bruised eyebrow bone and slashed eyebrow. Not the dark circles that Scheana is trying to deflect towards,” the source explains.

Let's see how many times has Scheana said she will never be friends again after fighting with numerous. Katies, Kristen, Stassi, and on and on and on. She is just a mouth piece of lies. I don't really care about the TRO but I do have an issue with Raquel who has become a n evil, ugly child. She thinks she has won something with Tom Sandoval when in reality she has a cheating liar with no class, no self respect, no respect for his friends and others. That stupid mustache looks ridiculous and he doesn't even see it. He looks like he has a caterpillar on his lip. Request has no class..... ZERO. She is also a loser with obvious self image problems. She no longer has any friends and she deserves it. If she was a classy lady she would have told Tom she would NOT get involved with Tom while he was in a relationship and also she should never get in a relationship with her friends exes. This cast has just proven themselves to be children in adult bodies.

Vindication? Hardly! Stopping a PR stunt that benefited both parties involved in the stunt? Likely. (I have to say I enjoyed the attorneys protestation that this is not reality TV, but real life. I thought reality TV was about their real lives, as they all say over and over again. Apparently they were lying and/or I was wrong).
