RHONJ Rumors: Margaret Josephs Reveals Cast’s Knowledge of Melissa Gorga Cheating Allegations

Margaret Josephs says Jennifer Aydin is to blame for the rumors about Melissa Gorga’s alleged infidelity during season 13 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey. According to the Macbeth Collection founder, she is not sure about Teresa Giudice’s involvement in the rumors about Melissa cheating on her husband, Joe Gorga. Still, she for sure knows that Jennifer played a role in the gossip coming to light on the show. “I wish Teresa [Giudice] would have prevented it,” the reality star told Page Six about Teresa’s involvement in the gossip about Joe and Melissa. “I don’t know. I know Jennifer sure as hell did.” Margaret says that she has attempted to mend fences between Teresa and the Gorgas in the past, which is something that she claims Jennifer has never done. “I don’t know if [Aydin] feels that she can’t be nice to [the Gorgas] because she’s friends with Teresa,” she said. “But I think Teresa would appreciate Jennifer trying to get them back together like I did, as opposed to separating them.” She adds that rebuilding her own relationship with Teresa while watching the RHONJ OG’s relationship with her brother and sister-in-law fall apart was difficult. “You want the truth? It was emotional. It upset me. It broke my heart because I know that it was painful for Melissa. It was hurtful; it was sad,” she explains. “I know Joe was sad as the season was happening. And I know Teresa, at the time, was sad.” Meanwhile, in an interview with E! News, Margaret claims that Jennifer and Teresa knew about the cheating allegations against Melissa before the season 12 reunion. According to Marge, the RHONJ duo met with her former BFF, Laura Lee Jansen, a year prior to filming for season 13. She insists that Jennifer tried to bring up the cheating allegation at the season 12 reunion but was blocked by her, Melissa, and Jackie. “She met with them a year ago,” Marge said of her former friend’s meeting with Jennifer and Teresa. “She met with them before last reunion – it wasn’t during the season. It was funny [that] she and Jennifer held it. I knew [they knew].” “They tried to bring it up last reunion [which] I believe [is] comical because they couldn’t. We all knew Dolores, Melissa, and I, and we cut them off,” she added.
