Lenny Hochstein is accusing his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein, of “alienating” their kids, Logan and Elle, against him.
In court documents, the Miami-based plastic surgeon notes that his estranged wife has been “gracious” enough to allow him to stop by their marital home daily in order to visit their kids but claims that she has started “disparaging” him to their children in order to “exact revenge” because of his new girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa.
The self-proclaimed “Boob God” supplied the court with examples of his allegations. In one example, Lenny claims that Lisa told the kids, “Your dad wants to take you to be with the woman he’s leaving us for,” when referencing a ski trip to Aspen, he wanted to take the children on.
Lenny says that Lisa’s alleged comments are causing Logan and Elle “confusion, anxiety, and sadness.”
He also calls Lisa “irrational and preposterous” for not wanting their children to sleep at his apartment because of Katharina.
However, Lisa denies Lenny’s claims and insists that she fully supports Lenny having a close relationship with their kids and spending as much time with them as he wants. Yet, she makes it clear that she does NOT want their children around Lenny’s 27-year-old model girlfriend.
“My estranged husband continues to share his false perception of reality to the courts,” Lisa tells Page Six. “I have now and will always encourage my children to have the best relationship with their father. Having two loving parents will ALWAYS be my priority for my children.”“That being said, what kind of mother would I be if I didn’t try to stop my husband’s girlfriend, the self-proclaimed ‘home-wrecking whore,’ from going anywhere near my children,”Lisa adds.
She then alleges that Katharina had an “unknown presence”in her house for years as she allegedly tried to “seduce”Lenny.
“Not exactly family-friendly behavior,” Lisa quipped. Lenny and Katharina have denied having an affair during Lenny’s marriage to Lisa.
Meanwhile, court documents also show a text exchange between Lenny and Lisa where the Real Housewives of Miami star accused Lenny of “pretending”to be a “present dad”after he pushes her for answer on bringing the kids to Aspen.
“F–k off,”Lisa allegedly fired back. “My lawyer will handle you.”
