Moving on!

Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz officially moved out of their Valley Village home on June 7. The Vanderpump Rules stars purchased the modern farmhouse-style home for $1.925 million in 2019.

In March Katie and Tom shocked Bravo fans when they announced their breakup after 12 years together. Katie filed for divorce from Tom on March 22 after three years of marriage.

Amid the move, Katie penned an emotional goodbye to her dream home on Instagram.

“I hate goodbyes. And this one hurts a lot. The emotions and words are hard to pin down. Closing this chapter on my life feels like attending my own funeral. But I’m very much alive. Thank you house for being the coziest brightest home, for the memories, for being my sanctuary, for letting me dress you up like a hallmark movie set at Christmas, and for being OURS. I’m going to miss coming home,” Katie wrote alongside a photo of her sitting inside her empty former home.

Days later Katie shared a first look at her new apartment while opening up about her new home on the June 10 episode of her podcast, You’re Gonna Love Me titled “I Moved Out!”

“It has been quite a week, a long week and I’m tired,” Katie shared, “I don’t even know how I feel,” while admitting that she’s “struggling and hurting at times.”

Katie notes that she’s experiencing everything from “grieving” to being “a little bit at peace.”

She adds that her “body feels like it’s broken,” after moving. “Moving is hell.”

Meanwhile, Katie recently revealed the moment she knew she wanted a divorce.

“Subconsciously [I knew] maybe longer because I was aware of these certain patterns and behaviors of things I was not OK with. I started to feel really uneasy about things,” Katie revealed on the “Relationsh*t with Kamie Crawford” podcast. “I didn’t put 12 years into this relationship, I didn’t marry this person because I ultimately wanted to get a divorce.”

“I felt like he was choosing everyone else in the room and in his life before me. I was like, I don’t know that I’m in love anymore,” she continued. “It’s really scary because when you’re with someone for so long and it’s so familiar and so comfortable and so safe, you don’t check in with those emotions.”

Vanderpump Rules is set to return for season 10 in late 2022 or early 2023.
