Ashley Darby may have hinted about her split from husband Michael Darby just hours before officially announcing the news.

The Real Housewives of Potomac star posted about getting “paid” on Instagram just six hours before announcing her and Michael’s separation.

On Tuesday morning, Ashley posted a video of her smiling while the song “Sad Girlz Luv Money” by Amaarae & Moliy played in the background.

Ashley will reportedly receive a large chunk of Michael’s reported $20 million net worth. Their prenup expired after five years of marriage. The former reality TV couple wed in May 2016. They made their reality TV debut two years later in 2016 with the premiere of the Real Housewives of Potomac.

Over the years, the ups and downs of their relationship have aired on Bravo for all. While filming season 4, Michael was accused of groping a cameraman but the charges were later dropped. The next season Michael was caught being unfaithful to Ashley following the birth of their first son, Dean.

“Now, in the event of a divorce, I will receive 50 percent of our assets,” Ashley said in her Season 5 confessional.

Meanwhile, a source tells PEOPLE that Ashley and Michael split due to “trust issues” and “inconsistencies.”

“Michael is a real estate developer and owns the building where the family lives. He moved out a while ago. They’ve been having serious problems for about a year now. There’s been a visceral disconnect between them as a couple. For Ashley, the inconsistencies within the relationship and trust issues led to the split,” the insider explained.

The insider also revealed that Ashley is ready to start dating again. She has been reportedly telling her friends “that she considers herself single and has been asking to be set up on dates.”

“She’s been done and is clearly ready to move on,” the source adds.

The Real Housewives of Potomac is expected to return for season 7 in mid-to-late 2022.
