The drama isn’t paying for Danielle Staub, anymore.
The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star has been sued for over $6,000 after failing to “pay rent” on her New Jersey condo.
According to The Sun Danielle has been taken to court by her landlord who claims the former reality TV star owes thousands in back rent on the property. She is being sued for $6,400 after “not paying rent” on her 1,600-square foot condo, located in North Bergen, NJ.
Court documents, filed on September 15, reveal that Danielle hasn’t paid her rent for both August and September of 2021. The owner of the condo notes that the rent on the property is $3,100 a month as properties in the area are valued at close to one million dollars.
Documents also show that Danielle also owes an additional $200 in late fees as a result of not paying two months of rent.
Danielle must pay $9500 to have the case dismissed. She is currently still in possession of the two-bedroom riverfront condo which offers unobstructed views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.

The former RHONJ star and her youngest daughter, Jillian, have lived in the condo since December 2020.
“When the landlord enquired about rent payments or setting up a payment plan, she suggested that ‘if they have hard time paying our bills for the property they should apply for a government loan,'” a source close to the property owner revealed. “I can imagine it is less than pleasant to see her showing off while knowing she’s not paying her bills.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey will return to Bravo in February 2022.
