Ready to mingle but staying single!

Erika Jayne reveals that she will NEVER remarry amid her divorce from her estranged husband Tom Girardi.

“No, I will not. Never,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star replied when asked by TMZ if she will ever get married again.

When it comes to dating, Erika also noted that she probably would never date a lawyer like Tom again.

“That’s a good question. Probably not,” she said before adding, “But then again I’ll probably, I mean, I don’t know… I may need free legal. Who knows?”

The Pretty Mess singer previously admitted that she’s looking to date a wealthy man.

“I think every girl, you know, likes a guy with money,” she told TMZ last month.

Meanwhile, Radar Online reports that the lawyers who are waging war on Erika claim records prove her bills were paid for with money meant for victims of the 2018 Lion Air crash.

Per court documents, Tom Girardi is accused of misappropriating money meant for orphans and widows. Instead, Tom used the funds to pay the bills for Erika’s company.

In one federal lawsuit, the Edelson Law Firm sued Tom and Erika over $2 million that went missing. The law firm worked with Tom’s now-defunct Girardi-Keese law firm on the lawsuit against Boeing on behalf of orphans and widows who lost their loved ones in the 2018 plane crash.

The families of victims claim Tom never paid them and they believe the money went to fund his and Erika’s lavish lifestyle. Erika has denied any knowledge of the dealings and insists she doesn’t need to return a dime of money to the victims.

Now, Edelson says that recently obtained financial records prove that “money that belonged to the surviving widows and orphans of the victims of that plane crash had, in fact, been used to make payments for Erika or her companies.”

The filing, which is heavily redacted, details specific transactions. The law firm says that these transactions prove their case.

On top of that Edelson also called out attorney Ronald Richards, who has gained notoriety for obsessively posting about Erika and Tom’s alleged crimes on Twitter. As a result of his personal investigation into Tom and Erika, Richards was put in charge to investigate Erika’s role in the bankruptcy of Tom and his Girardi Keese law firm.

According to Edelson, Richards tried to work with Erika “behind the scenes to try and negotiate a back-room settlement.”

Richards, who has been going hard at Erika for months, recently stepped down from the case. He claims he wants to have the freedom to talk about the case without being gagged by the court.

If all of this weren’t enough, more bad news for Erika recently came to light. The trustee overseeing Tom’s bankruptcy recently signed off on Edelson and his clients aka widows and orphans can now personally sue Erika directly.

“Edelson agrees that it will alert the Trustee and the Girardi Keese Trustee of any property of either the TVG Estate or the GK Estate, found in the possession of Erika Girardi (or any party). Edelson will not collect such assets. Edelson reserves all other rights,” the agreement reads.

The only provision is that if Edelson uncovers any property owned by Tom or his firm that he must turn it over to the trustee.

RHOBH will return to Bravo for season 12 in 2022.
