REPORT: RHOBH Producers Reportedly Prepared to Turn Over Behind-the-Scenes Statements Erika Jayne Made While Filming Season 12 to the Courts

Things just got a whole lot worse for Erika Jayne!

The longtime reality TV star better hope she didn’t make any damning statements about her and estranged husband Tom Girardi’s alleged embezzlement scandal while filming season 12 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The former RHOBH couple is being sued for allegedly embezzling millions from the families of plane crash victims. Tom’s Girardi Keese law firm owes up to $26 million to “anywhere from dozens to hundreds of clients.”

According to a new report from The Sun, RHOBH producers are prepared to give the courts an in-depth behind-the-scenes look at all statements Erika made while filming season 12. They will only turn over the footage if requested by the courts.

A source close to the RHOBH cast says producers are “prepared” to release all “unaired footage and multimedia” featuring both Erika and Tom.

“Producers are aware the legal case is only going to intensify and are prepared, if asked by the courts, to help the discovery process by releasing unaired footage and multimedia featuring the Girardis,” the source claimed. “They know that anything Erika says on the show is being scrutinized by the lawyers. Producers have been advised by their legal team they may be forced to turn over any footage or audio which may help the court get a clearer picture of the case.”

“This is because much of the wealth she flaunted early on in the series is believed by so many to have come from the Lion Air crash victims,” the source continued.

The insider also claims that producers are willing to put aside their feelings for Erika to assist in the court proceedings.

“They are on Erika’s side because they have had, up until this point, a good working relationship with her, but they want to help the case and do what’s right,” the source added.

The insider added: “Erika feels betrayed by the producers and is bracing herself for what may emerge if any unaired clips are released. This is because much of the wealth she flaunted early on is believed by so many to have come from the Lion Air crash victims.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
