Brandi Redmond is FINALLY addressing her husband Bryan Redmond’s alleged cheating scandal!
The Real Housewives of Dallas star broke down over the cheating drama during part 3 of the season 5 reunion.
At the reunion, Brandi bared her emotions and admitted how heartbreaking it was to watch the viral video of her husband kissing another woman.
“I’m disappointed that I’m aware of when that happened,” she told reunion host Andy Cohen. “It was in Las Vegas during a dual bachelor/ bachelorette party for my sister and brother-in-law.”
She added, “But yeah, I’m extremely disappointed,” before breaking down in tears.
The video, which Brandi confirms is from 2018, surfaced in March and quickly went viral. In the video, Bryan wraps his arms around a woman and brings her in for a kiss.
Andy then asked Brandi if she plans to stay with Bryan. The RHOD couple were high school sweethearts and have been married since 2003. They share four children – daughters Brinkley, 9, Brooklyn, 11, and Brilynn, 2 months, and a son, Bruin, 2.
“I will tell you that, you know, this was the craziest year and my darkest hour,” Brandi admitted while crying. “That man was there for me and is there for me, so I feel like I would be really a piece of s–t if I didn’t, you know, be there for him because he’s hurting too right now.”
Brandi said the worst part of the scandal was that a fan sent the video to one of their daughter’s private Instagram accounts.
“As much as I can be angry and stuff, like, that’s her dad, and I just feel like it’s just … not okay,” she cried.
The entire RHOD cast expressed their support for Brandi. Brandi’s BFF, Stephanie Hollman, told Andy that she’s furious about Bryan’s behavior but admits she hasn’t confronted him directly about the video.
“She has been through so much,” Stephanie said. “I was honestly terrified that she was going to do something to herself, so I had a good friend of mine [check on her] … ’cause I was like, ‘You have to go see her because I can’t get a hold of her,’ because every one of us was pretty much traveling. It was spring break. And then he said he walked in the baby’s room, it was pitch black and she’s sitting in the corner just holding her baby and bawling, and it just broke my heart. Like absolutely broke my heart.”
Brandi wrapped by saying that someone purposely put the video out there to hurt her. Many of the Dallas Housewives believe it was former co-star Leeanne Locken; however, she has completely denied the accusations on social media. More on that tomorrow!
RHOD will return for season 6 in late 2021 or early 2022.
