Gretchen Rossi Slams Season 15 of RHOC As ‘Inauthentic’; Questions Braunwyn Windham-Burke’s ‘Confusing’ Coming Out Story

Gretchen Rossi may no longer be an OC Housewife, but that’s not stopping her from having some extreme opinions about the franchise that made her famous and some of its current stars.

The former Real Housewives of Orange County star recently appeared on Us Weekly’s ‘Getting Real with the Housewives’ podcast and slammed the latest season of the Orange County franchise.

According to Gretchen, season 15 of RHOC was “inauthentic.”

“Unfortunately, I think there was just a couple of characters on the show that had so much going on in their lives that everyone was just like, ‘Wait, what?’ There’s no relatability,” Gretchen admitted.

Speaking of relatability, she then questioned Braunwyn Windham-Burke’s “confusing” coming out.

Braunwyn revealed in December 2020 that she identifies as a lesbian

Gretchen felt that Braunwyn’s coming out story was hard to believe and not relatable at all.

“It felt very inauthentic because like one day she’s straight, one day she’s lesbian. You know what I mean? Like it was just kind of confusing,” she confessed.

Meanwhile, Gretchen also revealed that she’s more willing to return to RHOC now that her former nemesis Tamra Judge is no longer a part of the franchise.

“With Tamra gone, it makes it a lot easier to say yes. Whenever she was on, I was like, ‘Hell to the no,’ but now that she’s gone, I just feel like it wouldn’t be as ugly as it was for me,” she explained.

RHOC is expected to return for season 16 in late 2021 or early 2022.
