Kathryn Dennis is one happy mama bear!
There is good news for Southern Charm star, Kathryn Dennis! She was granted 50/50 custody at the end of season five. The Bravo star said she is, “joyfully co-parenting” daughter Kensie, 4, and son St. Julien, 2, with their father, Thomas Ravenel. Her custody struggles have been played out on the show over the past few years. Her relationship with her ex, Thomas, has been very dramatic. His girlfriend Ashley Jacobs had even called her an “egg donor.” However; she went to rehab and got her life back on track. Kathryn spent this season of Southern Charm making a home for herself and her babies. She credits her children with helping her turn her life around. She shared on Instagram, “Thinking back on all that has happened in the last 6 years with the #southerncharm season 5 finale tomorrow night. I feel humbled, proud, blessed, and I owe it all to my Kensie + Saint-y.”
Kathryn said that her babies keep her humble and on track. She said, “They’re doing great. We have a lot of fun together. I feel like they’ve reminded me not to take life so seriously. I’m able to be a kid with them.”
I’m happy to see that Kathryn has custody and has made such progress! I think it’s great that she has shared custody and can focus on motherhood. This season of Southern Charm was crazy. I’m already excited for more!
