Teresa Giudice was once known as the hot tempered Italian star of RHONJ; however after spending a year away from her family, Teresa assures is that she is a changed women. One major transformation includes her love of yoga which has transformed her from ‘table flipping Tre’ to ‘zen Teresa.’
Speaking with the NY Daily News, Teresa confirmed that she has completed the 200 hours of instruction to officially be considered a yogi and revealed that her favorite pose is the ‘tripod pose.’
Going into even more of what she has learned about herself this last year, Teresa revealed that she is certain that the bond between her and hubby Joe is unbreakable and confirmed that she’s not going anywhere:
“I’m sticking by my husband. When you get married you go through good times and bad times. Unfortunately, right now it’s a bad time.”
Teresa added that despite them spending years apart she is going to stand by her man and both she and Joe intend to keep it that way:
“My marriage – knock on wood – is still together and it’s going to stay together.”
Teresa even added that Joe may be getting into yoga while he is away and that he was even a natural!
“He said he took a few classes. He’s very flexible. He’s a black belt!”
Ah yes – who can forget Joe’s splits during the cabin trip??
Teresa even added that when Joe gets out he was going to join Teresa in here yoga classes. I guess the couple that tree poses together – stays together!
I’m glad that Teresa has found a healthy outlet and new hobby. She is even looking to make it a career by hoping to start up a yoga clothing line along with becoming an instructor. Best of luck Tre!
