She’s back! Teresa has been making her media rounds to promote her new memoir, and it wouldn’t be complete without a stop to WWHL!
Andy Cohen (who can be credited for making Teresa famous) has received some backlash for employing a convicted felon and keeping Teresa on the show after she pleaded guilty in court. Andy, for his part has defended Teresa saying she did her time and deserves a second chance; however does he really think she is remorseful and is being genuine?
After Teresa’s WWHL interview, Andy Cohen spoke with Bravo to discuss what he was thinking during the interview and his own opinion of Teresa.
Teresa, for her part stated that she was remorseful for her actions, saying on WWHL:
“Of course I do. I signed papers without reading them. Before I ever do that again, I’m going to make sure whatever I put my John Hancock on that I understand fully before signing any other papers in the future. And I pled guilty to what I did. I got sentenced. I served 11-and-a-half months. I apologized to the judge. I did my time.”
Andy doesn’t give a lot of opinion during the show; however answered a fans question after the show on whether he thought it was a genuine answer:
“That’s a really good question. Yes. I just can’t tell what her thoughts are about what did happen. So I think she is remorseful. Yes,”
When asked if he thought she fully understood what she did, Andy replied “I think so.”
On what surprised him the most about the interview? Teresa’s fashion choice! Teresa showed up in an orange jumpsuit which Andy couldn’t believe saying that Teresa:
“showed up in an orange jumpsuit. I couldn’t believe it.”
I don’t know who was styling Teresa that day but HOW did they not connect the orange jumpsuit/prison look?? Perhaps they did and thought it would get more press?
On what we can expect between Teresa and Jacqueline? Andy dished some dirt saying:
“Well, I know what’s happening, so it’s very fiery. It’s interesting. Very interesting.”
