It seems like foreclosure is currently a popular word in the land of the Giudice’s. Not only is Teresa and Joe Giudice’s Montville mansion in foreclosure but now the couple’s shore home is set to be sold at a foreclosure auction.
The Giudice’s shore home was featured on RHONJ several times including when it was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. It seems that soon all the Giudice’s will have left are memories of their beloved vacation retreat.
On May 18th, the couples Manahawkin shore home is set to be auctioned off with bids starting at $100 and going up in increments of $1000. Basically, you can buy and live in a former RHONJ stars beach home for nothing!
Teresa and Joe purchased their canal-front shore home back in 2005 for $347,000. The couple tried to sell their shore home last year for $315,000 but were unsuccessful.
Well, it looks like things just keep getting worse for the Giudice’s. I don’t know how they are staying afloat financially at this point. Hopefully when Teresa gets out of prison she has somewhere to come home to.
