UPDATE: Teresa And Joe Giudice Plead Guilty In Court This Morning Admitting Guilt On Fraud Charges; Both Facing Jail Time!


Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice both attended court this morning to each plead guilty in federal court against several fraud charges.

New Jersey News reports what went down saying,

“Both Teresa and Joe Guidice, who stood throughout the hearing, softly said, “Yes, your honor,” to U.S. District Judge Esther Salas when asked if they admitted their guilt to the charges. They both appeared composed.

The Montville couple will be sentenced at a later date.
Under their plea agreement, and per sentencing guidelines for those charges, Teresa Giudice would spend less than two years in prison, while Joe Giudice would spend a minimum of three years behind bars, The Record reported.

The Record reported last week that the couple has agreed to plead guilty to the charges under a deal that would send them both to prison.”

UPDATE:
Details have emerged regarding Teresa and Joe pleading guilty. TMZ reveals Teresa is expected to face 21-27 months in prison while Joe Giudice could get 46 months, and because he is an Italian citizen, he may face deportation.

Teresa pled guilty to 4 counts which include conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bankruptcy fraud while Joe pled guilty up to 5 counts which were same as Teresa and failing to file tax returns.
