Will Joe Giudice Avoid Jail Time in His Legal Battle?
Joe Giudice is currently fighting a legal battle to avoid going to jail. He allegedly falsified his identity to obtain a driver’s license and is now facing the New Jersey court system.
The original punishment for Joe Giudice’s identity theft case is 10 years in prison. However, he was offered a plea deal of four years in state prison, which he and his lawyer have rejected.
Joe Giudice and his lawyer, Miles Feinstein, believe that Joe is being treated unjustly. They argue that he should not have to serve any jail time for his alleged actions. Therefore, they have rejected the plea offer and are heading to trial in order to fight for a favorable outcome where Joe doesn’t serve any time at all.
