Mauricio Umansky purchases Hollywood condo after moving out of home shared with Kyle Richards

Mauricio Umansky has purchased a luxury condo in Hollywood after moving out of marital home shared with estranged wife, Kyle Richards.

“Kyle and Mauricio have been living separately for the last few months and he’s been staying there,” a source tells Us Weekly. “They’ve both been traveling a lot recently, so it’s working out where they don’t stay under one roof.”

While the estranged Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple will no longer be living together full-time, Mauricio Umansky “will visit their primary residence often” when Kyle is out of town, per the source.

The 53-year-old founder of The Agency has purchased a luxury condo in a West Hollywood development. Matt Damon reportedly owns an $8.6 million unit in the same building.

In RHOBH finale, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have a family meeting with their daughters after news of their separation breaks.

This news comes just months after Kyle Richards teased on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that Mauricio Umansky was preparing to move out of their Encino mansion.

During part 3 of the RHOBH season 13 reunion, which aired on March 13, Kyle revealed that “he would” be the one to move out of their Encino mansion.

“It’s hard for us to say [divorce], I think,” she explained at the time. “I mean, if he’s looking for a place to move out, I haven’t really seen progress. We get along well, but like friends.”

Kyle and Mauricio separated in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage. The two did not officialy confirm their separation until September.

The pair have yet to officially file for divorce. A source notes that divorce “not an option they are exploring” at this time due their financial entanglements and the fact that they do not have a prenup.

“They both agreed it’s too messy financially as Kyle has a huge stake in The Agency,” the insider tells Us Weekly.

The ex-RHOBH couple wed in 1996. They share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15. Mauricio is also stepfather to Kyle’s daughter Farrah Aldjufrie, 34, from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.

With so much money, businesses, assets, and property at stake, it's just easier to stay married (on paper) ... that is until Mauricio decides to start all over again with someone new. He definitely seems like that guy.

Nobody cares. (Part of the reason is because they are all liars to bring attention to their shows. Well in Mauricio's case it is more "his show". )

Yeah, but Kyle doesn't know anything about her finances and admits to signing whatever Mauricio puts in front of her. I think Miss Kyle should be requesting an audited accounting of what is in her name and how much Mauricio is taking out of the Agency monthly and annually. Do you really think he's going to play fair with her. She won't ever know how much he has invested offshore in his name only. I see partners doing this all the time to their spouses and it goes on for years while they're supposedly in a happy marriage. Until the divorce happens and the shit hits the fan. But the money is gone and there's nothing the wronged spouse can do about it.

Well maybe in her next life she will be smarter ! Playing the doe eyed dumb bambie prolly isn’t gonna work well for her ! She prolly should have thought about that before playing with her friend Morgan and bashing him all the time ????
