Old photos of Kyle Richards’ daughter Farrah Aldjufrie have been uncovered leaving many to believe that the Buying Beverly Hills star has had quite a bit of plastic surgery.
Newly resurfaced pictures of Farrah Aldjufrie when she was younger have Bravo fans accusing Kyle Richards’ oldest daughter of undergoing “lots of plastic surgery.”
A TikTok clip featuring a series of throwback photos of Kyle Richards and her 35-year-old realtor daughter, who stars on Buying Beverly Hills, recently went viral.

The viral video led to Bravo fans accusing Farrah of getting tons of plastic surgery including a nose job, Botox, a brow lift, cheek and lip filler, and more.
“Kyle looks similar, but Farrah is totally unrecognizable!” one Bravo fan wrote.
“Plastic surgery worked in their favor,” a second fan c declared.
“‘You’re not ugly, just poor.’ Just remember that,” a third stated.
“Ahh, what money can buy, total transformation!” someone else noted.
Others called Farrah “totally unrecognizable” amid her obvious “glow up.”
“That has to be a different person,” another commenter proclaimed.
“Money and a good plastic surgeon! Good job,” someone else shared.
“Nose job, lip fillers, cheek fillers and maybe a brow lift… that’s crazy for 30,” another fan theorized.
DailyMail.com reached out to Dr. Norman M. Rowe, who practices in New York and New Jersey, to ask about what procedures he thinks Farrah may have had done.
“Farah Aldjufrie likely had a rhinoplasty and lip filler. A rhinoplasty dramatically changes your appearance because in a lot of instances, it is so obvious and there’s no way to camouflage,” he explained. “It looks like she had the tip of her nose and bridge of her nose made smaller as well as the width of her nose narrowed.”
Rowe also said that Farrah’s lips “appear more full and have a better shape than before, [which is] a sign of filler use.”
Farrah’s mom, RHOBH OG Kyle Richards, is no stranger to going under the knife. She admitted to getting a nose job in 2006 and liposuction in 2012. In 2020, Kyle confirmed she had a second rhinoplasty after breaking her nose while filming Halloween Kills.
The RHOBH star has also undergone a breast reduction which Andy Cohen accidentally leaked on Watch What Happens Live in June 2022.
“Oh thank you for letting everyone know Andy, thank you,” Kyle said before confirming the surgery and explaining her decision to go under the knife again.
“I had a breast reduction surgery. I never had implants. I had DDs, no implants. I still don’t have an implant but I went in and I said, ‘I want smaller boobs and I don’t ever want to wear a bra ever again in my life. So I have smaller boobs even though you can’t really tell because they’re still swollen. But I will never wear a bra ever again, ever. Ever,” she shared at the time.
Season 2 of Buying Beverly Hills is currently available on Netflix.
Production for season 14 of RHOBH reportedly begins in April.
RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in late 2024 or early 2025.
