Simon Guobadia Claims Against Porsha Williams Brought ‘Armed Gunman’ To Their Marital Home

RHOA star Porsha Williams files for divorce from Simon Guobadia after 15 months of marriage

The weather isn’t the only thing hot in the ATL! Simon Guobadia and Porsha Williams’ divorce is heating up as the Nigerian entrepreneur makes a shocking claim in a new court filing.

Simon Guobadia has fired back at his estranged wife Porsha Williams’ February divorce filing – in a major way.

In new court documents, the entrepreneur, philanthropist, and executive producer alleges that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star brought an “armed gunman” to their marital home.

Per Page Six, who obtained copies of the court documents on Monday, Simon Guobadia alleges that Porsha Williams “abandoned” their marital home at one point. She later returned with “a man visibly bearing a gun for reasons unknown to [Guobadia].” He claims that the Bravoleb brought the man to their marital home on two occasions.

Simson alleges that during one occasion, which took place on March 21, he was forced to call the police in order to “maintain the peace.” The 59-year-old also claims that Porsha Williams elicited “third parties” to call and harass him and others “in an effort to force them out” of the property.

Then, on March 24, Simon alleges that Porsha, her mother, and her mother’s boyfriend made “forcible entry” into the marital home, where they disengaged security cameras and “tampered with items and evidence.”

“Since the filing of the instant divorce, Wife’s actions have been erratic, unstable, threatening, and harassing to … the house staff, and the minor children,” the court documents state. “[Williams’] behavior has caused safety concerns, especially since there are minor children — [Guobadia’s] children — currently living in the Marital Residence.”

Simon has requested that a judge issue a restraining order against Porsha.

As AllAboutTRH previously reported, Porsha’s marriage to the Nigerian-born businessman came to an end earlier this year after less than two years of marriage.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the RHOA star filed for divorce from Simon on Thursday, February 22, in Atlanta.

Earlier this month, Porsha warned Simon via a court filing “not to destroy, conceal, or alter” any files or documents concerning his finances.

In the filing, Porsha demanded that Simon maintain “financial records or statements; all income records; all tax records; all expense records; all recordings or evidence reflecting relevant conduct by either party.” If the entrepreneur doesn’t, he risks facing sanctions.

The Bravoleb also revealed that she and Simon signed a prenuptial agreement on November 17, 2022, “which sets forth each party’s separate property interests and marital property interests.”

She asks that the court enforce their prenup and requests that her estranged husband cover the cost of her legal fees.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is expected to return for season 16 in 2024.

This dude was played, but at least he didn't sire her a kid. Prenup or not, I'd write her a check and send the dumb heifer on her way ... it would be worth it just to be rid of her.
