Kelly Dodd and Hubby Predict Andy Cohen and Bravo are Working on His Exit from the Network

Kelly Dodd thinks Andy Cohen should own up alleged drug use.

Kelly Dodd and her husband, Rick Leventhal, believe that Andy Cohen’s days with Bravo are numbered.

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum and her husband think that the Watch What Happens Live host is working with Bravo on his exit from the network.

On Rick and Kelly’s Daily Smash podcast, the two revealed that they believe this statement to be true, given the recent allegations against Andy Cohen.

Bravo stars come to Andy Cohen’s defense amid drug allegations

As previously reported, Brandi Glanville has made sexual harassment claims against Andy, while Leah McSweeney filed a lawsuit against Bravo and Andy, in which she claims the Real Housewives executive producer “snorts cocaine” with his favorite Housewives.

Rick, who is a former Fox News correspondent, shared:

“My prediction is he’s negotiating an exit right now. His agent and his lawyers are working with Bravo’s agent lawyers, NBCUniversal’s agent lawyers, and they’re coming up with a buyout. They’re going, ‘We can’t we can’t have this. We can’t.’ Because if it goes to trial, like, we’re gonna testify that he did or didn’t do drugs and they’re gonna call witnesses, and then they’re perjuring themselves if they lie.”

He continued: 

“It’s never going to trial. The lawsuit’s been filed. They’re gonna have to settle it. And in in the process of settling the lawsuit, Andy, my prediction, he’s gonna negotiate his exit from Bravo. That’s what I think is gonna happen.”

Kelly said, “[Rick]is always good at these. I told y’all this guy good at these [predictions].”

Despite Kelly and Rick’s theory, Andy Cohen isn’t going down without a fight. On Thursday, the WWHL host’s legal team fired off a letter demanding Leah retract her allegations or face going to court.

Andy Cohen’s legal team calls Leah’s allegations “baseless and false.”

“We demand that you immediately retract and withdraw all allegations relating to Mr. Cohen’s purported ‘cocaine use,’” the legal letter read.

The 55-year-old’s legal team continued, “Mr. Cohen never used cocaine with any cast member on any Real Housewives or with any other Bravo employee. The absence of any reasonable basis to make such allegations is confirmed by your pleading itself.”

Yet again this is nothing but Kelly trying to remind Bravo viewers that she thinks she's relevant. No one has believed anything that Kelly has said for years, much less anything Brandi or Leah have ever said. This is just another attempt for has-been's to try to get some Bravo money. The only thing that does surprise me about this, is that Kelly isn't part of the has-been's.

I like how this is worded to only include HW & Bravo employees only! Does that mean Kathy Griffin was telling the truth? If so, I would think TPTB from Bravo would want Andy gone. He would be considered a liability.

Even if Cohen did/does use cocaine. It's his business as long as it doesnt affect his work place behavior. He didnt force coke on anybody, there is no housewife who claims that... other than the unreliable at best, Glanville who has a personal axe to grind.

And I personally think that is where he is most scared (understandably). I think he'd be fine to not work, but this is indirectly hitting his kids too. This is a tough one, that's for sure

Wasn’t Scott Dunlop the original producer of the first RH show? Miss Cohen piggybacked off Dunlops OC with RHNY. I’ve never been a fan, stopped watching WWHL shortly after it began, his desperation to be part of the cool kids is palpable, not to mention the way he treats the HW at reunions, his disdain for these women is obvious and I have no respect for them allowing it. I take it for what it is, poorly scripted 45 mins with amateur actors for the purpose product placement and promotional consideration.

With how he treats them, I am surprised more HW's have not moved against Andy. Of course, they signed up to be made into caricatures of real people and publicly ridiculed and humiliated on a regular basis, so I suppose it is something they really need and enjoy.

Didn’t Leah sue NYPD and win? She should let them take her to court, name the coke party participants and force them to talk under oath. She could get an even bigger payday than the one she used to start her hip hop clothing line. Rick is both intelligent and industry savvy. I know a lot of people might not agree with him politically and/or hate his wife, but dude knows how to read the tea leaves in the industry. Trust. He may not be right about the ultimate outcome but no doubt what he’s saying is at least on the table. I.e., whether they pull the trigger on AC or not, the gun is loaded. That option will absolutely be considered 100%.

I think Kelly and Rick need to find a new hobby. Neither oil them are ever coming back to BRAVO or any other show., Bothe were fired from their jobs because of their behavior. They need to move on
