RHOC star Jennifer Pedranti slapped with $133k lawsuit over alleged unpaid rent for her Rancho Santa Margarita yoga studio. Get all the details!

Radar Online reports that Jennifer Pedranti and her business partners have been slapped with a shocking lawsuit over alleged unpaid rent for her yoga studio, Devi Rebel Yoga.

According to court documents, the Plaza El Paseo Center has sued the RHOC star along with her estranged husband William, and their two business partners.

Plaza El Paseo Center claims that Jennifer and her business partners leased a building in the shopping center in November 2019 and put down a deposit of $18,300.

The landlord reports that the lease has been amended twice since 2019. In the lease agreement Jennifer signed off on paying $4,651 in rent for the first six months. The RHOC star also allegedly agreed to the rent increasing to $9k for months 7-12 and was aware that it would continue to rise as time went on.

The lawsuit claimed, “On November 1, 2023, and continuing thereafter, Defendants, and each of them, failed to pay the rent obligations due and owing under the Lease in full on time.”

The lawsuit also alleges that Devi Rebel Yoga failed to comply with a “notice to pay or quit served” on February 24, 2023, which “demanded the payment … of then-unpaid rents due under the lease.”

Per the landlord the rent was a $9875 per month when Jennifer stopped paying. Now, the landlord is demanding $133k from the RHOC star and her business partners, who have yet to respond to the lawsuit.

However, a source close to Jennifer tells Radar Online that the debt in “currently being handled.”

The lawsuit is a negotiating tactic. So many of them are. By the end, they will negotiate a settlement, she'll pay whatever they agree to and she will leave the premises.
