Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd Sued by TomTom Bartenders

Vanderpump Rules' Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd

Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd have been slapped with another lawsuit, this time by two former employees of TomTom.

More money, more problems! It’s not easy running a restaurant empire, as Lisa Vandeprump and Ken Todd know all too well at this point.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple are facing a lawsuit from former employees of their TomTom restaurant in West Hollywood, CA, that they co-own with Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz

According to a legal filing obtained by Page Six, two TomTom bartenders claim they were wrongfully terminated by Lisa and Ken.

The complaint alleges that the two former employees worked at TomTom between May 2022 and December 2022. According to the former bartenders, during their employment, they experienced “rampant violations of California labor laws, harassment, and unsafe working conditions.”

Said complaint also lists late paychecks and sewage in the employee break room as two examples of labor violations at TomTom.

The former employees also allege that they were not given shifts to work in December 2022, “constructively terminating them.”

One of the bartenders also alleges that Ken Todd and Lisa Vanderpump “blacklisted” him from working at future bars by allegedly “defaming him to future employers.”

Ken and Lisa have yet to publicly respond to the lawsuit.

Lisa Vanderpump’s new restaurant

The Vanderpump Rules executive producers own numerous restaurants in West Hollywood, including TomTom and SUR. They previously owned Villa Blanca, which shut its doors in 2021, and PUMP, which closed in 2023

On top of their WeHo restaurant empire, the two also own Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, which opened in March 2019. In April 2022, the Bravo couple opened their second Las Vegas establishment, Vanderpump a Paris. This summer, they will be opening their third restaurant in Las Vegas, named Pinky.

On top of that, Lisa is in the process of opening her first restaurant in Lake Tahoe this year. The new restaurant will be called Wolf by Vanderpump.

Vanderpump Rules premires on Jan. 30 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.

More lawsuits against Lisa and Ken. They seem to be coming on a very regular basis. These two clearly have no respect for their employees or the law. One has to assume the two Toms, as co-owners are also defendants in these suits.

I don't follow them but have to wonder if it isn't just because they have too many to keep up with. Plus the more they have, the more people want to take.

I tend to lean toward believing this more than other narratives. I like Ken and Lisa. I like Ken's quirky ways he shouldn't change a thing not even his hair.

Whatevs. But not for nothing, when is Ken going to ditch those ridiculous rugs once and for all? Kim Z’s hair hats are more convincing. IJS. ? https://media4.giphy.com/media/PLZBEW6h1cEhlgsImy/giphy-downsized-small.mp4
