Both Alexis Bellino and Shannon Beador are set to return to RHOC for season 18 when it begins filming next week. Get all the tea!

Page Six reports that former RHOC star Alexis Bellino has received a “formal offer” to rejoin the Orange County Real Housewives franchise for season 18. 

Despite the offer, Alexis has yet to sign on for season 18 of RHOC – yet. 

Alexis has been asked to RHOC mainly due to her ongoing relationship with Shannon Beador‘s ex-boyfriend John Janssen. 

“Her relationship with John is certainly interesting,” one insider explains, “but it’s not the only reason producers want Alexis back. She’s a dynamic personality who has history with a good portion of the cast.”

Another source notes, “Nothing has been signed yet.” The 47-year-old former orange holder is currently very close with RHOC stars Heather Dubrow and Emily Simpson. She’s also recently rekindled a friendship with former co-star and enemy Tamra Judge following BravoCon 2023. 

At BravoCon, Alexis admitted she would be open to reprising her status as a Housewife. In December, Alexis told Page Six that she’d “never say never” to returning to RHOC but noted that her return would probably “start a little drama” with Shannon amid her new relationship with John Janssen.

Alexis pointed out that she doesn’t “really care” what Shannon thinks of her relationship with John.

“Here’s the truth,” she said, “I have never met Shannon, I have never worked with Shannon. I wish her nothing but the best in life.”

Turns out OC Housewife Emily Simpson is also on board with Alexis returning to the fold, noting, “I want to see that! That is good TV. I’m sorry, but bring Alexis back and let Shannon spiral out of control.”

Meanwhile, Shannon is also returning for season 18 of the Real Housewives of Orange County.

On Wednesday, Shannon shared a photo of herself, her daughters Stella, Adeline, and Sophie, posing alongside the Bravo production crew. 

She captioned the Instagram photos with a red heart emoji and a clapboard.

A source reveals to PEOPLE that filming for season 18 of RHOC doesn’t officially begin until next week; however, production wanted to obtain footage of Shannon at home with her kids before they head back to college for the spring semester. 

Shannon’s return to RHOC comes just months after she was arrested for DUI and hit and run after crashing her car into the side of a home in Newport Beach, California, on September 16. 

The Real Housewives of Orange County will return for season 18 in mid-to-late 2024.

Meh, everyone wants to see Shannon melt down over this, but I say we’ve seen enough of Shannon’s meltdowns ?. How many do you need to see? ???? What I’d like to see is ‘Johnny J’ (?) dumping Jesus Jugs for another trashy bar fly like he did Shannon. Yeah, let’s see a whole new flavor of meltdown seasoned with some good ol’ karma. ? SURPRISE!!!! I’d also accept Alexis kicking Johnny J to the curb, but that wouldn’t result in any meltdown. He’d just go find him another Ho like he found Alexis after he tired of Shannon. ?

Without the charisma. Johnny J is about as exciting and alluring as a mayonnaise sandwich. I mean, am I missing something with this guy? ???? I WISH these two broads were AT LEAST squawking over a BLT ? or PB&J, something ANYTHING, but nope…just the mayo sammich that is Johnny J. ? I mean, granted, I’ll take what I can get, but can’t Johnny J’s part be recast? ? K, thanks, bye.

If Shannon doesn't like it, she can quit the show. Nothing is forcing her to stay. Of course, Shannon won't quit the show any more than she will quit drinking alcohol or driving while drunk.
