Melissa Gorga spills the tea on the RHONJ casts’ “awkward” and “weird” group chat. Plus find out which Housewife initiated the group chat and why.

On the December 28 episode of Melissa Gorga’s On Display podcast, the 44-year-old dished on just how awkward things are between the RHONJ cast after filming season 14.

Season 14 of RHONJ stars Teresa Giudice, Jackie Goldschneider, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Jennifer Fessler, Dolores Catania, Danielle Cabral, and Melissa.

The RHONJ star shared, “I won’t say who but one of our cast members started a group text with all of us in it. And was like ‘Happy Thanksgiving everyone.'”

She continued, “We were all like ‘Woah.’ It was just a weird thing. And you know i texted back in the group text and said, ‘Happy Thanksgiving,’ but it was just awkward and weird.”

Thew 44-year-old went on to note that she wasn’t the only RHONJ cast member taken aback by the group text message.

“Some of the other cast members will call me and [say] ‘Why did she put us all together?’ It’s weird but I do appreicate it,” Melissa Gorga admitted.

AllAboutTRH can exclusively reveal confirm that the RHONJ cast group chat was initiated by none other than Jenn Fessler.

Sources tell AllAboutTRH that Jenn F wasn’t coming from a good place with her group text to the RHONJ cast.

Melissa Gorga thinks it's weird to wish people she is estranged from something as banal as Happy Thanksgiving? Where does she live? Unless the group text said something like "Happy Thanksgiving you @#$@#$ harpies!" she should just go with the flow.

Is this MElissa making drama where there is none? A group text to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving is probably the least dramatic thing a person could do, and certainly doesn’t warrant a “whoa!” How was it awkward and weird to return a wish sent to all?

If Jenn Fessler sent this group text, why wouldn’t she be coming from a good place? I think it was really nice of her to do. I’m sorry Melissa but I don’t think it was weird. It was nice in my opinion. Actually it does sound like something Jenn would do. Isn’t she on good terms with all the ladies?

It made sense if that on her podcast only, she was saying the co-workers aren't in a good place and gave an example of her and other people's reaction with Fessler trying to start a friendly group text. In other words, they weren't in a place to chit chat with everyone. Not surprising and not interesting. Not article worthy especially for the intended purpose, IMO. Regarding your comment, Melissa isn't quoted saying, "Jenn Fessler wasn’t coming from a good place with her group text to the RHONJ cast", either, because she didn't say it ! (It was..."Sources" according to the one that wrote it!) Again, there is an intended purpose.

Exactly! It says sources say it didn’t come from a good place. Why? Why would a group text from Jenn Fessler wishing everyone a happy Thanksgiving. Not come from a good place? I thought Jenn was/ is on good terms with everyone. To me it makes sense that she would do this.

Hint: In a previous article, out of all the devious, nasty, fraudulent HWs on all the HW shows, the owner chose Melissa to be the one she wants fired. It has to do with that.

No.., come on. That was just Roxanne saying what she thought of the year on housewives. I agreed with alot what she said. , but not getting rid of Melissa. I said I’d get rid if Danielle and Rachel ( that’s her name I think ) ? Anyway. I like the cast ( except those 2). Even though the All get on my nerves at times. I think it’s a good cast .

The person that made the statement said it was from "sources", not Melissa. IMO, it was nice but perhaps futile which is what Melissa was saying as an example of the fact everyone doesn't get along with each other well enough for it to be what a "group text" is supposed to be or something like that.

I didn’t say it was from Melissa.. I know that the article says from sources that it didn’t come from a good place. Of which I don’t understand. Why wouldn’t it be? I mentioned in my comment that I didn’t feel like the group text was weird like Melissa is quoted as saying on her podcast. I stand by my comments., it’s all good. Have a nice day

I don't either but it appeared some here thought Melissa said it so I pointed it out. (It was the author.) I agree a normal group text with normal people who work together wouldn't and shouldn't be weird. This isn't a normal group of co-workers who get along and she explained she wasn't the only one who thought that. I'm mainly commenting about an article about what was said by her in her podcast. (I call them all "podcrap".) My problem was actually that it was intended to make Melissa somehow look bad. (I stand by my comments, too!)

Yeah, but I didn’t ., so I didn’t understand why you replied to me saying what you said ?????.. No , I disagree. I don’t believe it was intended to make Melissa look bad. They quoted Melissa saying what she said on her podcast. Thar all. Then went on to say it was Jenn Fessler. So on and so forth, I still believe that irregardless of them all getting along or not. It was a nice text that included everyone.. I would have done the same thing.
