Another day, another lawsuit. Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa and Joe Gorga are being sued for $1.4 million over alleged ‘permanent injuries.’

According to Reality Tea, Bianca Hernandez is claiming that she was permanently injured at a property owned by Gorga Enterprises. Bianca says she was severely incapacitated in 2021 at 10 Courtland Street in New Jersey which is owned by Gorga enterprises. The lawsuit states that the property was not maintained in a safe manner with the legal documents stating,

“Bianca suffered diverse injuries, great pain, and suffering. And has incurred and will continue in the future to incur extensive medical expenses, permanent injuries, suffered physical and emotional injuries of both a temporary and permanent nature, suffered considerable pain and anguish” and “loss of wages.”

Joe and Melissa did respond to the accusations denying they did anything that caused this saying any damages that were caused is by the carelessness of “persons not a party to this action and this/these defendant (s) is/are not liable. Bianca’s injuries and damages, if any, were the result of circumstances over which this/these Defendant(s) had no control or right of control and this/these Defendant(s) is/are not liable therefore,” their attorney replied.

Bianca is now claiming that she never got an official response to the lawsuit and asked the court for a default judgment of $1.4 million.

This lawsuit comes after Joe Gorga was involved in another lawsuit earlier this Summer over unpaid legal fees in $6 million real estate deal.

Not surprised that there is a claim, even though when first mentioned in June here, of course, about some fall outside due to the handrailing on a property Gorgas are involved with, it sounded without merit. It allegedly happened almost 3 years ago, as I recall, and sounds like the woman either sued the proper entity and it got thrown out or as of June (after the April reunion), someone encouraged her to sue the Gorgas. That is what I think.

Must be a slow bash the Gorgas day, this is old news and was published here before. And their insurance company will defend any negligence claims. Big nothing burger.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who side-eyed this hit piece. I'm not online fighting for the Gorgas or anything, but relying on an ambulance chaser's baseless, dramatic assertions with not a single fact or account of what allegedly took place is just silly.

Doesn’t the poor woman know that she will never see a dime from the broke FameWhorgas? They have so many lawsuits against them that they’re actually getting sued for not paying the lawyers and on top of that, they will lose some of those cases for sure so they have more bills coming their way. I hope whoever is representing them against Ms. Hernandez got a hefty deposit upfront or they’re going to add themselves to the list of people suing those idiots. Time to start paying those bills FameWhorgas.

Hell no I’m not surprised. Btw. I’m ready for all the shit the Louie haters were saying was going to come out about him and his father. Nothing substantial has come out regarding either one of them in three years. Hmm I wonder why.

I'm not surprised, either since it sure comes across with the timing of this "story" being here not too long after the reunion in June about something that allegedly occurred over two years prior (at the time). I don't know anything about Luis's father but Luis did hire a PI to dig up info on his co-workers and his wife has a reputation for selling stories to tabloids for over a decade so there's that.

I just looked at the steps at 10 Courtland St online. I remember reading here it had to do with steps and the handrail, allegedly. People fall. People have insurance for when people fall on their property and want someone to blame... If she had a valid case, it would have been resolved or at least started almost 3 years later. I think it is telling it first came up after the NJ reunion aired in April.

As the saying goes, anyone can sue; winning a case in court is a whole other thing (and even that doesn't mean squat these days). OJ is probably out playing golf as we speak ... okurrrr? And, as someone else mentioned here, don't people have insurance for that kind of thing? I've never had a problem with the Gorgas either. I'd rather listen to On Display on a loop than spend an hour with Teresa.

According to Linkedin, Bianca Hernandez is an Intern as a legal intern at the NJ AG's office. Bianca Hernandez also has a history of taking legal action against businesses such as Saker Shoprites. I'm no advocate for the Gorgas, but I trust this woke twit as far as I can throw her.
