Jackie Goldschneider has enjoyed her time on RHONJ, although she has one MAJOR regret about her time on the hit Bravo show.

“Oh God, the moment at Margaret [Josephs’] house fighting with Teresa [Giudice] on the couch,” Jackie Goldschneider told Us Weekly when asked which RHONJ scene she’d never want to rewatch.

Reflecting on season 11 of RHONJ, Jackie now realizes she overstepped when comparing unfounded cheating rumors about her husband, Evan Goldschneider to Teresa Giudice’s daughter, Gia Giudice, doing drugs.

Jackie confessed, “I might not have made an analogy.”

RHONJ OG Teresa got into a major beef over Jackie’s drug analogy about her daughter Gia.

When asked about her “biggest regret of all time” from RHONJ, Jackie doubled down on how bad she truly felt about that nasty exchange with Teresa at Margaret’s house.

“Well, the analogy,” she confirmed.

During season 11 of RHONJ, Teresa alleged that she had heard a rumor that Jackie’s husband, Evan, cheated on her at the gym. Jackie confronted Teresa about the gossip, and while doing so, she compared the unfounded accusation to her telling people Gia “does coke the bathroom” at college parties because she “heard it” somewhere.

“I wasn’t starting a rumor about Gia. I was giving an analogy,” Jackie told Us Weekly in February 2021. “I think that, like, almost everyone will say that that’s an analogy, and the truth is that there’s no one else in Teresa’s life that I can make her understand. When you say something about someone you love, whether or not it’s true, it hurts, you know?”

A month later, in March 2021, Jackie apologized to Gia on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, saying her “intention was never to hurt Gia.”

Since then, Teresa has admitted that she’s “forgiven” Jackie for her comment but still thinks the analogy was “wrong.”

As for her other RHONJ regrets, Jackie told Us Weekly, “I’ve never lived down telling the world that I don’t do that to my husband,” referring to her season 10 declaration that “Jewish girls don’t give blow jobs.”

She confessed: “My dad didn’t particularly like watching that over and over again, but no regrets.”

It was like when Tre apologized on camera to Danielle Staub's daughters for flipping that table when they were there to witness it and that ugly fight (only one daughter was on camera for the apology, the other didn't want to appear). I was always bugged by that incident. I couldn't stand Teresa after that. But when she made that heartfelt apology, I changed my mind. She had obviously grown as a person and realized how much damage she caused those girls. It was a redeeming moment for her.

I won’t deny that Teresa can definitely be impulsive but it also adds to her authenticity. I didn’t like the table flip either and I do wish Danielle had sent her daughters out of the room with the other kids but as a mom that was Danielle’s choice to make. I loved it when Teresa apologized to Jillian and she listened without ever interrupting Jillian as she spoke about how Teresa’s words and actions affected her. I think Teresa gave Christine an apology off camera because Christine didn’t want to be on camera and that was respectful and sincere as well. I agree that she has definitely grown since season 1.

The other daughter didn't want to hear her apology as the episode went. I didn't read anything about her talking to her off camera. Danielle was so wrong to bring her daughters when she planned to start some kind of chaos by laying that book on the table and wanting to talk about it and accuse although her excuse was to defend herself.

Back at you. I agreed with you about Danielle and only questioned/ corrected you on the other daughter. Her apology couldn't be "respectful and sincere" if it never happened, either, or did you see it later? YOU appear to be close to being "an idiot and a lunatic" for reacting that way and I will downvote or comment if I please just for your RUDENESS to me personally. I didn't call you a liar about the second daughter or anything else! I said it wasn't shown of her apologizing to the younger daughter or talked about doing it off camera. I never saw those early seasons until about a year or so ago so it it hasn't been very long. I said I didn't read about it either so all you had to do was tell me you remembered reading about it happening off camera, OR as you prefer, downvote and move on. I try to add, "IMO" when appropriate, too. The point in question was, like I said, there was no indication she apologized at any time to the second daughter. BTW, I don't think the one on camera was sincere, when it happened anyway. In addition, for years since she gloats about "table flipping" then how could she be sorry for anything she did !! I heard her justify "table flipping" and shoving Andy on an older WWHL episode to Andy so she certainly isn't sorry about it.

It was a bad example but at the time, there was nobody else around she cared about to use as an example of what Teresa did to her. There was no husband/boyfriend/close friend and I think both parents had passed away. She hates her brother and other relatives so Gia was it. Gia wasn't even bothered about it when Teresa told her. Later she decided to be in a huff about it. Jackie's biggest mistake was thinking Teresa would understand the intent as an analogy and not twist it like she did. It was supposed to make her realize how awful what she did was but Teresa isn't capable of getting it nor did she want to because she'd never admit she was wrong.

Teresa had actually heard the rumor about Evan though and apparently so had most of the cast. Jackie had never heard the rumor about Gia therefore it went too far. My mom always told me two wrongs don't make a right...I wish more people had a mom like mine.

Jackie was devastated over that rumor about her husband and so I get the "analogy" given Tre wasn't married at the time and Jackie couldn't give her an example about a spouse. But going after people's children is hurtful because once it's out there it spreads. I think Jackie is a good friend and values loyalty so I hope her new friend group works out. Really shows Jackie's character to apologize to Gia. Good for her.
